Best WLM Reviews
I highly recommend these sushi! While the portions are small, they are incredibly delicious. Each piece is made with fresh ingredients, and the presentation is always neat and appetizing. It’s a great choice for those who value quality and taste.
Another plus is the perfect combination of flavor and texture, which will pleasantly surprise even the most discerning food lovers. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy authentic sushi, definitely give this a try!
Nice place for sushi. We came here after shopping across the street. The place is busy and took about a minute to get seated, but their service was great. Our order was brought to us within minutes.
Food tasted great and sushi rolls are about $12 or so varying on type of roll.
Got there with other family and kids, and while we supposed to follow one of the waitresses , the other one kind yelled kind to follow her, and politely i said come down people have kids that maybe a little slower. 1 star out, staff needs to more calm. As for the food it was good as i love sushi 5 star for that.
My review is from the POV of a client who has been frequenting Arigato since they opened. Complaints: (1) Bad Service: Their service has been historically terrible, but the prices and location kept us returning. (2) Poor Quality: Like most restaurants (including Blue Nami and Mikuni), their quality was good when they opened, but over time, we’d find shells and all sorts of un-edible pieces of fish in our food. When we complain, they are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve issues. We have had to drive back or throw out the food. Pros: (1) Human Nature: I have great compassion for food servers because their job is difficult. This is why I did not rate them low before; however, they have been consistently bad in their service and quality for far too long, before and after the pandemic. We will not be returning. If you’re local, there’s lots of options, which we will be exploring when we’re too lazy to make our own sushi. One final tip, we buy our salmon from Costco and then slice it into sashimi. It saves a bunch of money, you can check for bones more easily, and the quality is consistent. Hope this rating helps other consumers. I’d be remiss to say we didn’t get some great rolls when they first opened, but those days are long gone.
First time trying today and we'll definitely go back. The service was amazing, the people are so nice and friendly. We got the fried gyoza and chicken yaki tori appetizers. Both were yummy and the perfect size. Then we got three rolls to share which was even more delicious and extremely well priced. I highly suggest this location to anyone looking for a wide variety of food and rolls. It was also super quick for lunch, we were in and out in 35 minutes, but they didn't rush us.
Food wasn't bad but the waitress was quick to ask us to hurry up and pay because it was 10 minutes from closing. I understand why there are so many reviews complaining about the service here. Not returning here
When we arrived, the atmosphere was not so welcoming, the place was busy and there was nobody to seat us. I think there was only one person attending customers so it took a bit to get seated and be served. Food wasn't as expected considering friends recommended us this place, all 4 rolls were basically the same flavor. Fried California roll was tasteless, as well as Crazy Horse, however Yummy Yummy was good, but the presentation was poor. Other sushi restaurants have variety in flavors and amazing presentation. Saddly is was not a good experience.
We were there, and we didn't like the service. It wasn't good when the waiter told us that she didn't have time for us to write down the order. And it was amazing to see her right after that, just standing without a job. Water was not added, napkins were not offered, the table was not freed from dirty dishes, but they brought new dishes with food and did not know where to put it, we had to move everything ourselves. I had a birthday that was spoiled by such an attitude, it was sad. It was not pleasant that we paid an additional not small amount for the service. Although everything was very tasty.
