Five star hotel without the charm of a five star hotel!
The first time I laid my eyes on Aria, I wanted it to be the hotel I'd stay in during my next Vegas trip! And I was excited when that dream was coming true!
Unfortunately Aria is just hot air and nothing extraordinary! Walking through the other hotels on the strip, there are far better options than Aria. Just a quick walk through hotels like Bellagio and Wynn makes you witness a lot more kind and friendly faces of staff/crew than what we saw during our 4 days stay in Aria ????
We were here to to celebrate a 21st birthday and informed the hotel about it during the check-in and other than a dry but polite wish two days ahead of the Birthday, during check in, there was nothing else.
The rooms provide a comfortable bed and large enough bathroom. The $26 water is the only drinking water available in the room. There wasn't a drinking water fountain/dispenser on the allotted floor.
They do not provide coffee machines in the rooms, their rebuttal/claim is that they have multiple restaurant options across their hotel on multiple levels.... I'm unable to comprehend why the supposed 5-star hotel would not consider the need many have, to drink a cup of coffee right after they wake up and before breakfast!! Forcing you to step to a restaurant/food outlet and queue up just how you would in a usual shopping mall/food court is in no way a 5 star experience! It's just like I said, a supposed 5 star hotel with no 5 star charm!
Overall, we do not recommend Aria!!!
The hotel is very nice. That staff was courteous and friendly. The only problem I had was that the room had no coffee maker. It would be nice to wake up and be able to have a fresh coffee without having to get dressed and go down to Starbucks. Otherwise, nice room, big full windows to see view of strip. Very quiet, did not hear another person the entire time we were in our room. Has a big bathtub that can fit 2 if you want. We ordered room service once. The food was hot and fresh, and it was very yummy with good-sized portions. Delivery person was very kind. The location is on the strip in a good area. Just kind of sits back from strip, so it always seemed a little bit of a trek every time we wanted to venture onto the strip. All in all, I would come back to this hotel.
I have been trying to reach the correct number for many hours so that I can get receipt of my stay. I had done a checkout using your kiosks (in late November) and provided my email address which I had verified at least three times. Reaching the right person for billing inquiries seems to be made purposefully difficult.
The hotel and staff are nice, but the above experience really ruins the experience.
We came here for a conference. Literally.... It's a decent hotel, but for how much you're paying for it, it's very bare bones. There's no coffee service in the room, and whatever you do do not touch the water bottles that look complimentary, they are $25 a piece. These are for normal Fiji Waters that you can buy at any gas station for two bucks. The food prices within the hotel are astronomical. Be prepared to wait in lines, but do yourself a favor and find a self-service kiosk. Proper eats Hall and on different passages through the lobby. It's much easier to go ahead and order it and show up for it. $13 for a soda, stuff like that. On the bright side, The dumpling restaurant offers a reasonable dumpling set for a reasonable cost. Cost. Incredibly crowded, and it's pretty easy to get lost amongst all the winding ways. It is notably attached to the shops at Crystal, so if you were down to buy some Hermes or to go to Harry Winston, you're in the right place ????The staff seemed nice, but they check you in online in advance, or have you go to a self-service kiosk unless you have some kind of problem.
Very upscale and great views. The casino is clean and a lot of good variety and active tables. Caution within the rooms, don't move the snacks and don't put anything in the fridge, they will charge you for it. Besides that, a great place to stay and play. Walking distance from many other places and a quick 10 min drive to Fremont st. Definitely recommend.
Aria Resort and Casino exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to explore everything the Strip has to offer. The service was top-notch; every staff member was attentive and courteous, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with beautiful views and well-thought-out amenities. The facilities, from the pool area to the fitness center, were equally impressive, providing everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend Aria for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, convenience, and quality service!
It’s very expensive and very little is complimentary but on the other hand it’s much nicer than other places on the strip so it depends what you want/need. The gym is really good (although it gets incredibly busy). The room was very nice, and housekeeping was great. Front of house staff are a bit of a mixed bag - some were really warm and friendly, others not.
The best thing about this Aria is that they have a variety of good restaurants inside. We got to eat different food every day and all excellent. While the hotel is nice and fancy in the lobby and the restaurants and the luxury shopping center Crystal, inside the guest room it was very disappointing. I wonder if the developer spent all the money for those places that by the time they did the guest rooms they ran out of money so they only used the cheapest materials. The two sinks in the bathroom, all handles are rusty, and lots of dirt gathered underneath maybe due to poor water quality. I could hardly turn them on or off. I called guest service and was told they would send a facility guy to fix it, the sinks and handles were exactly the same at the end of day. The curtain in the bedroom couldn’t close completely. I had to try to fix it myself. There was no toiletries provided (even if you call guest service for it they will tell you to buy it at the little shop called the Element ), no complimentary water provided (The bottle water in the room is $26 a bottle ???? I had to open one bottle the first night we arrived then somehow two bottles charge showed on our bill at checkout but the nice staff offered to take them both off). Overall from the lobby this looks like a fancy 5 star hotel, but the guest rooms make me feel it’s a countryside motel. One thing though: it is very quiet in the room, even though ours was on the 4th floor overlooking the tram rails.
