I couldn’t get into my normal nail tech so opted to try Aria. I had my nails done 10 days ago and got Gel X that totaled $130 (including $20 tip). Based on the photo, they do look 2-3 weeks old…but they are not. :( When I came home and saw the application in natural lighting, the tips were placed a few centimeters below the cuticle, so a fresh set already looked a week old. I was not going to voice any complaints. However, today on day 10 - one of my nails lifted halfway and I had to pop it off and glue it back on. I am traveling so cannot get it fixed. My tech was very kind however I would go to a different salon. For the price I paid, expect better retention and quality of overall nail design. I attached a photo as well of what my nails looked like once I got home from the salon.
Not happy at all. I understand how prices have had to go up but I don’t understand why the level of workmanship has not. The nail tech was very rough on my hands to the point where it was hurting from too much pressure and also burning from the filing. I called the next day to let them know I was not happy with my nails and I was told to come back in. He literally only filed the sides down and now I have a coffin shape which I did not want. Now my hands look totally different from each other. Then he tried to tell me no two hands are the same. But I’ve never had this issue before I’ve been getting my nails done for over 25 years. You can see in the pictures that my one hand looks more so how I like them while the other (especially the ring, middle and pointer fingers) are wider and coffin shaped. I will never go back to this place again! I can’t believe how I was treated there.
They only get one star because the older lady was so nice and fixed my pedicure after I told them to fix it multiple times. Never was offered anything to drink like the other guess. Just very rude overall!! Will never get a pedicure out of town again!
I having been coming to Aria nails for over 2.5 years! I am SO picky with my nails (acrylic and gel) and to find someone who can perfectly get the shape, length, and color application is Katy! I won't go any where else!! I am so impressed with their new interior design and management. Chris is on it with ensuring client satisfaction and bringing a whole new vibe! I highly recommend for any service!
Service was amazing & nails were good (not really as red as I wanted it in the picture but I was satisfied) Pearl was amazing and I give her 5 stars. I give this place 3 stars because I was charged $120 for a mani that took maybe an hour and it wasn’t a hard design. Everyone so far says it looks fine but I got ripped off. I wasn’t asked if I wanted gel or told at all how much it would of been so I should of asked at the beginning but I didn’t expect to pay over $100 over a basic design. Paying that much really makes me feel a bit hustled on my vacation when designs like this are usually $80 at most. Don’t come here unless you want to pay $40 more over on an average price, maybe it’s just because of location, but even the expensive locations I’ve been to is around $70-80. Satisfied, but super disappointed.
One star now, can’t believe my nail already broke and didn’t even have it for a full week! I was super careful and nails like this usually last me 2-3 weeks, but how did $120 nails break within 5 days?! I regret coming here so much. Ask them first before they start on your nails, this place is a scam!
I had actually reviewed here before specifically for Katy, a glowing review; but after I did that review and told her about it, she COMPLETELY changed; her attitude, the care in which she handled my nails, everything went from awesome to horrible quick. She removed my old set to put a new one on, and in doing so, hurt my nails as she took the old ones off and I told her she was hurting me but she kept doing it. HORRIBLE. WORST NAIL TECH EVER!!!! 2 of my nails from the new set she put on less than a week ago have popped right off. I’m disgusted and I’ll never return; I’ll also tell anyone who will listen about this overrated establishment and my awful experience. Because I know there are several locations I want to be clear — This is for Katy at aria nail bar off camelback near fashion square. Can’t emphasize enough to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I promise you’ll be disappointed, at least if you see Katy. Stay far away! I should’ve read the reviews first, like I’m hoping I’m saving people from by reading right now.
Dany gave a nice pedicure. We booked two adults and one child at 11 a.m. on a Sunday. The ARIA Nail Bar is the only place open on Sunday and for that I am very grateful! We were visiting for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed the services. I will admit that the place is getting a little rundown but the massage chairs still worked. I visited here with girlfriends a couple of years previously and it was nicer and they offered us wine or champagne with our pedicures which was a fun plus! We would visit this place next time we are visiting Scottsdale.
I loved my nails! Had them done the day before my wedding and she did excellent! I didn’t catch her name and I regret not asking, but I will be going back to her. I was hoping to get each mail different but she talked me into getting both sets alike and the end result still came out great even though I have manly hands ???????? these were done 6/30/21
