Best WLM Reviews

Tried their Arepas and loved it! Authentic taste! Loved mango juice which is made in store. Clean ambience! Food was served quick. Great for hangout with friends and family.
This is a great, authentic Venezuelan spot! Staff is friendly, food comes out quick and is delicious. Highly recommend this place! I kept it simple with an arepa with cheese but they have a great selection of things to stuff it with!
This was the first time I’ve had authentic (to what I think) Venezuelan cuisine, and it didn’t disappoint!
We ordered the yucca fries, Pabellon Criolo, 2 arepas, and the soup of a day. Obviously, way too much food for 2.
I thought the yucca fries & the creamy cilantro avocado salsa/sauce was delicious. The pabellon criolo, which is the Venezuelan National Dish, was delicious. Stewed pork, rice, beans, and 3 slices of plantains. Very, very, very good!!!
The two arepas we ordered were very delicious as well. They put a lot of filling in them, so they’re a whole meal in one. Arepas are also gluten free.
Soup was alright. Not the star.
Order the Venezuelan National dish, one arepa, and maybe an appetizer… you’ll be stuffed with great food.
A great trip to Peru while I was in Queens! All the appetizers were incredible! My arepa was awesome. Super delicious, healthy and filling. Cool feel and outside seating
We got the vegetarian arepa and Cheese hot chocolate. The arepas were excellent but the hot chocolate not so much.
I found it to be on the pricey side but worth trying for sure.
A MUST!
Best food I had in New York.
I make sure I eat there, every time I am in town.
Cachapa is my fav but the arepas are also yummy.
A staple in astoria. I first stopped by this joint in 2012. Never disappoints but service has suffered a bit. Overall a 10. Enjoy
Been coming here for the past ten years and I have no notes except everything is amazing. Arepa pabellon is very delicious, as well as the plantain sandwich. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Even the fish/seafood arepas and the reina/cold chicken salad arepas were really great ???? Hope places like this lasts for a lifetime!
