If you want fresh and hot food this is NOT the place to come. This place is horrible. I ordered dinner from them and when I received the food the rice looked like it has been sitting there since lunch. The carne frita was old as well. I took one bite and immediately got sick.
This restaurant has been in new management or owner.a couple of time the food is good but it's gotten a lil pricey for its small portions. So I have to say it fell off a bit.but if you don't want to cook and your looking for something that you usually don't cook .and you find it here go for it I usually go for the tripe.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Arelis Restaurant!!???????? It’s always one of my first recommendations in Camden, New Jersey to anyone who is looking to have a great Dominican / Spanish style dish! The food is always fresh, delicious, cooked just the way you ask for it, inexpensive, lots of choices, great service and atmosphere!! A definite must do if you want the good stuff!!! Great for dining alone, with family and friends!! Great for lunch and dinner!!
The food here is so VERY good!!! They do have a spot to dine in or take out. We usually do take out and the porations are beyond satisfying for a family of four, we definitely have leftovers for the next day, which reheat very well. Friday and weekends are very busy so plan to get there early, weekdays are a bit less busy.
This place is great ill admit theyll ignore ya at times but its freaking Jersey just gotta speak up a bit. Ive been coming here since a kid and it always bang . From there breaded steak, fried pork, rices plantains ive enjoyed it all.
This is the best and freshest Dominican Food in the area. This is my go to every time we’re in the mood for Spanish Latin Caribbean Food!!
I'm with the lady who said all good comments are from Spanish people. Well I needed to share. I stopped going here YEARS ago bc of the service. For some ODD reason I thought ok I'll try them bc they popped up on my IG. I said maybe they are different now with the whole remodeling and such. Welp! NOT AT ALL! I thought it was always in my head but it wasn't. My gf and I ordered a lot of food and for the rude females that work there to act the way they did was sick. If they don't see one of they're locals or MEN walk thru the door you will NOT get good service! I was speaking to her in Spanish and she returns & responds in English, please make that make sense, bc i didnt understand her. She disregarded us to begin with as if we were invisible. The morcilla (blood sausage) was like they were serving the day old sausage, it wasn't good! Freddie's is the best in town for that so far. Then they charged me 14.00 for a small octopus salad! On top of all that, we were still waiting for an order and these female are chatting gossiping and talking while our stuff was done awhile ago. We had to interrupt their conversation/gossip circle for them to go check our order. You need to do better.
The owner is VERY VERY GOOD WITH HES CUSTOMER, YOU GET WELL TAKEN CARE OFF, THE FOOD IS VERY DELICIOUS! The place is very clean! Food is always nice and fresh. They make GOOD MOFONGOS! the mangu is very delicious and fresh always yummy
