Best WLM Reviews

Delightful venue for small concerts and similar performances. Great acoustics. Good size stage. It comes with a very capable staff on the production side of things. The food and beverage staff is good also. The menu is pretty basic, but the kitchen is fast. The beverage names are clever, tasty, and reasonably priced.
Great place to see live music! Very intimate venue with lots of great spots to see the stage. Nice pit in front of the stage, seating in the back of the lower level, and a nice balcony with close standing room space on the side right above the stage, and mini tables and couches at the back. they have bars upstairs and downstairs with a great beer selection, wines, and mixed drinks. And they have a real good beer list! Also, they had a menu of tasty food options. After the great sound system and acoustics, the best feature of the venue was the people! Every single person we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Hands down, this was the best music venue I’ve ever been to in terms of staff. Clearly, they enjoy their jobs and love music, so they made the audience feel welcomed.
Looking forward to coming back in the future! Keep booking good music acts!
Can't say enough about this music venue! This was my first time there. The staff was super friendly and helpful and fun. The music hall was spacious but still had an intimate vibe. The sound was AMAZING. Such great acoustics. We had balcony seats which were great. They aren't assigned, but it's a small area with little table/trays to hold your beverages and food. We had an unobstructed view and felt really close to the stage. The place was super clean and well designed. Bathrooms were really lovely, newly decorated, well lit, very clean. The show was amazing. Started on time, finished on time. Also, it was really easy to park in a lot across the street. Ended up being free after 6 on a Sunday night. Will 100% look for more shows at Ardmore Music Hall!
First let me say this is a beautiful venue ! The ambiance is amazing. The food was delicious! We ordered cauliflower po’boy, it was fresh, seasoned and left us wanting to try more from the menu, which we did haha had a Togo order of melt in your mouth shoe string French fries that we saw everyone ordering , shrimp tacos and cauliflower tacos every item was 10/10. The sauces were delicious. A true hidden gem for foodies. I literally have no complaints at all! We may come back tomorrow just for the cauliflower po boy lol I never had anything like it! The server was so sweet and agile lol, delivering food to everyone in the crowd . The entire venue was CLEAN!I noticed continuous maintenance. From the bathroom to the bar counters and the General admission floor, everything was kept clean which is rare for a Philly venue spot. Again 10/10! the staff was very accommodating to our special needs for the concert. If you are handicapped I suggest calling once you book so they can have everything ready for you once you arrive. I wish I could hug them all for helping my handicapped little sister have such a great night!it was her first concert and it would not have been possible without Ardmore music hall. I can’t praise them enough. customer service 10/10!! I definitely want to try the drinks when visiting again the menu looked abundant. This might be the best spot in Philly to a see live music. Even if you aren’t coming to see an artist you love it is definitely worth checking out who’s on the lineup for date night. Such a Vibe !we are very excited to return. Thank you again for everything. Ardmore music hall rocks!
Staff were incredible, facilities were top notch, I've never had a better backstage experience!
What a great venue to see a show!!! Multiple areas for seating, both up and downstairs, plus GA standing areas. Three bars and a kitchen serving a small variety of bar favorites, including a vegan option! Staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. They are obviously proud of what they have, and rightly so, encouraging people to walk around and see everything. But best of all, the acoustics are spot on. There is not a bad or dead spot in the room. We saw Dig Deep and Steve N Seagulls, and they were the perfect acts for the Ardmore Music Hall to showcase. The last time I was here was in the last century. It definitely won't be as long between concerts this time!
This venue rules! The staff was extremely friendly, the sound system sounded great, and they book great acts. I’ll definitely make a point to come back here when I’m in the Philly area
I would be remiss if I did not speak to the experience I had a the box office to purchase tickets.
I was greeted by the ticket agent named Hayley. She graciously and patiently explained the setting arrangements and options for the venue.
I paid her for tickets and because I had gone to the ATM to pay for cash the bills were new and stuck together. I had somehow given her $20 extra.
To my surprise, when I went to check for my email confirmation and received a note from her acknowledging I had overpaid.
Her honesty was as astonishing as her exemplary customer service.
Kudos to Hayley and how fortunate for the venue to have such a responsible and personable employee in their mist.
KUDOS to Hayley!!!
