The lady who helped us today through the drive-through was so sweet and had incredible service. They were fast and accurate. And she made my husband's birthday so much better. They've just won 2 lifelong customers. Thank you to that sweet lady!!!
I get food from this artic circle all the time. I haven't decided to do a review till now. The reason being, usually the hamburgers are thrown together pretty sloppy and always make a mess. This last time however, they were so well put together I had to ask the name of the cook. The cook Sage, did a very good job and I appreciate the hamburgers being made by him and look forward to non-sloppy hamburgers in the future!
Every time that I’ve went they always take forever in the drive thru, I’m always having to pull up and wait for my food. I ordered a meal and a side they came out with only my side. Went inside to get my meal and it was just sitting there. No one came up to me while I was waiting for a good couple minutes… lobby was empty and there was only one car behind me.
The pools are great fun. The lazy river has 2 little waterfalls you get splashed with, and has a side pool if you want to stop and rest. And it stays 3 feet deep all throughout. The other pool has a climbing wall my daughter thought was fun. It would be nice if big pool was bigger for the amount of people like to swim here. Overall we had a nice time swimming here. We didn't get any food while we were there, but I do like that they have concessions on both sides of the area people sit out to dry/rest.
Customer service was amazing. Went for a quick bite while traveling and it brought back so many memories. Actually asked when I finished ordering if I had any coupons or discounts. Didn't even think of that and received a healthy military discount and a thanks for our service. Was even given complimentary mini kids cones.
Service is always slow. Apparently they lost my order. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food. I've worked at Arctic circle for 2 years at another location and I know for sure it don't take 15-20 minutes for a Pastrami and Swiss. Glad you could prioritize employees orders though. Maybe I should work here too and maybe I'll get my food
I’d love to rate the food but I never got it. We waited 20 minutes. At 10 minutes we noticed our food sitting up under the heat dying. Once I noticed the manager making ice cream cones for a large family that just walked in the door I went up and asked. She said they are short staffed. No apology just frustration. We were 2 of 3 people in the dining area. They were not busy. It was a time management issue and a not capable of handling probably the least amount of people they see at one time. All she had to do was tray up our food but instead decided to make ice cream cones for people who just walked in. Wild. Arby’s bound.
Staff is friendly and efficient. Food is very good. Portion sizes are decent. Arctic circle is on the upper end of pricing for fast food .
