Needed a quick bite after a long work shift. Decided to try Arctic Circle when I saw it was close and affordable. The lady who took my order was so kind and sweet. Several times the employees checked up on me. Not in an overbearing or annoying way, but in a way that felt like they genuinely wanted to makes sure i as a customer was taken care of. They were all super warm and welcoming despite me being introverted and tired out. The food was good. The ice cream was amazing but what really sold me on this place was the warm atmoaphere woven by the incredible employees. I'll definitely go back!
I love the shakes here and come by for one at least twice a week, always 10/10 but when it’s just high school kids working and all their friends come to hang out it’s ridiculous, I’ve been waiting on two shakes for 30 minutes. Normally I would have left but it’s 15 something for two medium. The girl at the window is the only one working I can see the other two guys horsing around.
Messed up our order. End up not eating the halibut and mushroom burger. The guy taking our order should not be taking customers order he beyond struggled and needs much more training. We stopped coming to arctic circle thought we would try it again and well we will choose many other restaurants to go to.
Dinner tonight: a grilled chicken salad from Arctic Circle (Orchard drive, Bountiful Utah) looked good from the top, as I got into the spring mix/ lettuce things went bad quickly . Never going there again...
It is usually hit and miss with the food, service usually pretty good. But tonight I got large cheese curds, $6.99 and taste horrible like old oil they are using! I tried to keep eating due to being lot of $ but just can’t! Not first time curds been bad here(have had over cooked a couple times), but more so good here. First time leaving bad review for here.
Unless you're ordering ice cream it's probably too complicated for the current crew.
Ordered burgers and fries. Service was slow (15-20 minutes). We were eventually told to pull ahead because there was a delay with the fries. Once they were delivered, all of the food was cold and burgers haphazardly doused in mayonnaise. Hamburger patties were overcooked and dried out and totally inedible. (Took a few bites and threw it away).
Assuming it was understaffed due to the pandemic and the poor kids were overwhelmed but would not recommend this location.
Food was edible, but for the price we paid, I was rather disappointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the interior was a bit outdated and showing a lot of wear. Order wasn’t overly large, just food for two adults and two kids, but it took over 20 minutes to be prepared and brought out to our car. Had to go back inside to get straws and napkins.
The food was ok for the most part, but i went through the drive through and it took about 30 minutes for me to get my food (a cheeseburger and fries) and this isn’t the first time it has happened, i’ve been here three times and waited over 30 minutes every time. Go to McDonalds.
