I’ve been to this location multiple times. I have noticed that the website shows wrong hours for when they close. However it seems that the staff chooses to close whenever it seems convenient to start cleaning up for the night. The last time that I had been to this fast food restaurant they had messed up my one ice cream cone order. The on site manager took my order, when I pulled up to the window the kid took a while to even come greet me/ take payment. I had then received my ice cream cone. Noticing that it wasn’t even the right flavor, I had informed him and it had seemed to be that he was a new employee he turned toward the manager and she had yelled back at him telling him that it was not her problem. I ended up getting the right cone but it was crazy for how intense it was just to get my single ice cream cone. Management needs to be fixed.
Bad customer service. No toys for kids meals. Dry chicken fingers. Burger was nasty and fries were soggy. Never going to this location again
I went up to the drive-through to order a burger. When the woman came on the mic & she asked what I wanted, I ordered, "A black Angus burger, with no cheese, please." She responded in a condescending kind of way, "Well, I don't serve cheese on my hamburgers. You said you didn't want pickles, hun?" Now, I get it. I was a waitress/bartender for years. I get people can be annoying. But I asked nicely & only mentioned the cheese because I'm lactose intolerant & can't eat dairy. It's really easy to say "okay." In a nice tone & not correct someone rudely over cheese. I've had to throw so much food away because waitstaff have put cheese on my food, even after I've asked nicely. So, I backed out, drove .3 of a mile down the road, & ordered at Chick-fil-a. Every waitstaff there was so polite with my order. I almost didn't post this, but it looks like there have been a lot of rude transactions at this location lately. Maybe a nice sit-down chat with employees on etiquette might be in order.
I ordered online and went to pick up dinner. They didn't have pumpkin shakes, so instead of taking that item off their online menu, they charged me for the combo and the up-charge for the shake and didn't give me the combo meal. They did give me a different shake, but they didn't give me the mushroom and swiss burger combo. I paid $55 + for dinner for two and didn't get it all. I would not recommend ordering from here online.
I only come here for the ice cream cone with the cherry topper, it's great! They messed up my order once and had me come back inside and got it sorted right away. I ordered their cheese curds once, nothing to write home about, but I'm also from the Midwest, so maybe I'm a little picky.
We pulled up and sat in front of the menu with the speaker . After approx three minutes of not getting our order taken we pulled up to the first window . We could see mostly very young kids ( child labor ) in the store standing around . Finally some guy opened the window and we explained our order had not been taken yet . This kid with gray hair threw his arms in the air and walked over to a young girl supervisor bad mouthing us all the way as we could hear some of what he was telling her .
This young girl came over and chastised my wife and I because we pulled around more to get help thinking we were doing them a favor . We eventually we got our food and we left . When we got home we noticed it was the wrong order!
Avoid store #116 in Draper on 200 E 12300 S . This was approx. 8:20 pm . Too many male kids there who were clowning around or standing around not doing a thing . My wife Kim and I saw this . We don’t expect much but these kids needs more women who are more mature !
I’m thinking of reporting this to the corporate office if nothing gets done .
This place is a wreck! The food always makes me sick no matter what it is. The burgers are really pink on the inside and the service is terrible!
A couple of weeks ago when I came in I saw one guy doing all of the work while there were 3-4 people just gossiping in the room next to the counter!
Also, the place is filthy. On second thought, I don't know if it was the food that made me sick or if it was the dirty, unwiped trays my food was placed on. Their play place is always very dirty when I come in too, and I'm surprised anyone takes their kids there!
Please don't go here. Other Arctic Circles are a lot more friendly, they are a lot more efficient, and their place won't look as bad as a murder scene.
Ordered fine. Then waited for our food. Just got fries and ice cream. Waited 10 minutes for the fries to come out- literally cold. Got our cones and was waiting on our shakes. Waited literally a half hour from the time we ordered to the time we got our shakes. One girl was wiping tables, one girl was talking with the workers in the back, and one boy was trying to run all the ice cream orders by himself. We wait and wait at the counter for someone to acknowledge us and finally after 5 minutes waiting at the counter they ask if we’ve been helped. We tell them we were waiting on our shakes and then the workers can’t find our shake order and had already bumped it from their screens. Hot mess express. Go to any other location besides this one. Save yourself.
