I really appreciated the service at this location. The staff is very helpful and the main reason for my five-star rating. The service and food is dependable and they have several things that I like. They have a variety of options which is nice.
Update: lowered two stars based on my most recent visit because my food was already cold when it was handed to me. Looking at other review this seems to be a trend. Their pricing wasn’t clear and I ended up paying more than expected for a combo. I felt like it wasn’t worth what I paid.
Lady on drive through did NOT want to help and tried to charge $3 for two sauce packets. Uncooperative and rude and didn’t even offer a receipt. 1:59 pm Tue Nov 26, 2024. (Also left pickles on)
I can not emphasize enough how quick the wait times were. The food was delicious and the cooks in back were especially productive. Most notable was a handsome cook named Jacob, his beautiful blue eyes, and his ability to finish pre-close caught my attention. I got his number and we are going on a date Friday. Would recommend the pastrami! ???? If you have gluten allergies this place is no bueno
I ordered my food and it took so long at the window to get to me, then I looked in my bag and I ordered a cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup and they gave me everything on it, the burger was freezing cold as well. Do not recommend ????
Honestly anyone that gives this location more than 0 stars has never actually been here. There can be 0 cars in the drive thru and they will still take min 20 to give you an ice cream cone. We went for 2 curtesy cones today- nobody in the drive thru either and it took 15 min- insane! It honestly feels like every time we’ve gone they take an absurd amount of time for anything hoping you just drive away. This is a pic of our cones the supervisor handed us with no concern or apology. Note they are melted and one of them the ice cream never made it in the cone. We were never asked the flavor we wanted at the speaker so we thought they were just going to confirm at the window- not so. Can you honestly look at that and think that’s what you should give anyone? Maybe hey, those don’t look correct and are melted, I should retry. Would you eat those yourself-
Workers are nice however I did see a manager yell at a floor worker. Very unprofessional. They took it well though and I will say it is a good place overall
I pulled up 5 minutes before closing, and they refused to serve me. I know I was cutting it close, but they should probably change their closing time, if they’re not going to serve until 10.
I ordered hamburgers for my daughter and I, but what we received was pathetic. They didn’t make our burgers as ordered, but worst of all was that the hamburger patties were colder than room temperature. The cheese look like it just came out of the fridge too. We were going to eat them in the parking lot, so they didn’t even have time to cool down. They were that cold to begin with. What they served us was absolutely gross. Funny thing was they weren’t busy, but we waited in line plenty long enough for them to have cooked them up fresh with time to spare. It’s not like their food is on the cheap side either, especially for a drive through. I will never be going back. F-
