Had a great shake ( blizzard) with Butterfingers and a fresh hot burger for the drive home.
Thought ok a good break from the normal we usually get. I don't knownif it was bcuz it was close to there closing time but. Nothing tasted normal. Lettuce had that old been left out all day taste. Nasty and wilted. Fries were cold. I ended up taking everything off the hamburger the cheese wasn't melted and the girl running drive thru rude. Didn't greet us at the window just looked at us with her hand out waiting for money.
I would give this zero stars, we went on October 27th at 1:00 pm and are all mortified. The chef had no gloves on, even when handling chicken tenders that fell on the counter. The floor was absolutely filthy and none of the tables were clean. The staff were somewhat friendly but one of the doors was locked (we think on purpose) and they were all talking amongst each other loudly and had a child crawling on the floor. The milkshakes had a weird sour taste and we are all in fear that we will get food poisoning. They put nearly whole onions on the hamburgers, and the milkshake machine was absolutely filthy like nearly everything else. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
The restaurant was filthy with staff doing everything but what they should have been doing. My expectations are never high at a fast food place but this was the most filthy one I’ve been in. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned since the last rainstorm and tables hadn’t been touched at LEAST since yesterday. My chicken tenders were handled without gloves (my brother saw and told me after I ate, thanks brother). If you have time to flirt and chat with your coworkers and play with your baby who’s crawling on that filthy floor, and to sit and hang around, you have time to wipe off a table. Putting this here so hopefully the owner can see what’s going on and maybe the health department ???? be cautious if planning to eat here!
If I could give zero stars I would. One day I went and ordered a #1. They took my order. Then I waited at the window for 30 minutes until someone asked me if I had been helped. I told them what I ordered. They said "oh this one must be yours" and handed me the bag. I then explained that I hadn't paid yet. The next day I went back and ordered two bacon cheddar burgers. They took my order. It took an hour to get to the window. Then when I got to the window they had to ask me what I ordered. When I got home I found that my food was completely cold. I love Artic Circle usually so I keep hoping this one gets better but seriously it is freaking terrible!
I know they have a lot of bad reviews. I was hesitant to go, but I really wanted a chocolate shake. I asked a local where to get a chocolate shake. She told me the Arctic Circle was my only choice. I told her about my concerns. She said there is a new owner and they are doing much better. She said she always goes with her grandkids and enjoys it.
I decided to try them out. I went inside. I was walking out the door with my shake in just a couple minutes. The staff was very friendly. The shake is great for soft serve ice cream.
I would gladly go back.
Such a disappointment! Stopped for some lunch while traveling back to Utah. The food was just plain bad, as well as the service . We’ve eaten at many Arctic Circles in our days and have always enjoyed them. However, this location definitely changed that for us. Would NOT recommend. Avoid!
The chef wasn’t wearing gloves, every table was dirty, the employee’s baby was crawling around on the floor, the chocolate shake tasted sour. After we cleaned our own table, the employees took no notice and didn’t care to clean any other tables.
