Nice people and place is somewhat clean. It still needs to be wiped down better. I only ordered 3 cones and they got them to me quick, a little too quick. The cashier was still counting my change and I had cups. No offer to walk over to where my party were or anything so trying to juggle the cones. As walking over to get my kids I dropped my wife’s cone which sucked. I asked if I could get a replacement and they made me pay for another and asked where the mess was. I’m not upset about the $1.34 just the customer service that is lacking now a days. Just replace the cone for the customer and offer help it’s not hard and we were the only 3 customers at the time.
Nice place, clean,. Dome of the younger workers seem to be dragging like they didn't wanna b there. Milk shake was very good. Liked the bacon cheese burger. The cheese were okay not great. I'd go back. Little pricy for me but good.
They couldn't even get a $13, two item order correct with no other cars in the drive through.
This is why the attendants make minimum wage. Waste of money and time.
I NEVER though costumer could be trested I poorly. Until here.

I went through drive thru and the big guy that was helping me was very very professional when i stutterd he passionately water intel i was done and food wss fast as well very nice it also happened around 12 10
This is probably the best arctic circle in the valley. Ya’ll sleepin on it for sure. Always the freshest food. This location is never busy, and i can never i understand why, because the quality is always amazing.
Never been a fan of this artic circle but I have lived near by for 3 years so I continued to go. However after my last 3 visits I will never return.
I ordered a corn dog and fry on a slow Saturday and I received the food in about 1 minute. As expected the cord dog was only cooked on half of it. I'm not sure if they just let it sit at the bottom of the fryer or what is going on but one side is always undercooked. I decided to take it back and get a new one and instead of making a fresh one properly they brought me out another one that was the exact same way. Started eating it " I did pay for it" and of course it tasted like it was made first thing in the morning and sitting on a heater. Threw half of it away. Then started eating my fries and they were cold and hard.
This has happened the last 3 times I've been and over the past 3 years it's never been "good".
I work near a different location and haven't had a single one of these problems with that location. I would highly highly recommend not going here.
Worst artic circle experience ever.. we order 2 cheeseburgers and a halibut sandwich and we literally didn't want to take a bite of any of it. The food looked disgusting and was just thrown together. I love artic circle but this location brings down the name. They also forgot to give our card back and seemed annoyed when we said something. Will not return.
