Best WLM Reviews
This is not the newest or nicest location, but it is a great place to take kids. The play place is fun, and I love that I can see my kids throughout most of the playground.
The workers were all very kind and the food was ready quickly.
I rarely post reviews for fast food purchases, but due to amazing customer service I felt a strong desire to send my thanks to the gentleman (possibly a manager) at Arctic Circle today in Layton on Fairfield road.
Quick backstory - today my seven year old son worked really hard to earn money to purchase his own custom Lego figurine. My five-year-old daughter told me she would prefer an ice cream cone with the money she earned. While getting the LEGO figurine my daughter (like all us normal crazy Lego lovers ;) wanted one too. Without prompting, my son told me he would purchase one for my daughter so she could still get her ice cream cone.
In this theme of paying it forward in our family we had going today, I was so grateful for the blessing of an amazing experience of getting offered two cute little (perfect portion size for us!) curtesy cones for both my children while going through the drive through.
As a mother who wants my children to know that working hard can get us nice things (as parents we have been saving a lot to purchase a new home with a yard for our kids) I was pleasantly surprised at the good there is out in the world today.
Sure it was less than $5 saved but the act alone for me was priceless.
I’m pinching penny’s everywhere I can to make this house goal happen for us. I personally don’t get on social media anymore because of all the negativity and emotional drain that I experience from it. But I felt compelled to share my story online today to remind the world there is still so much good in it - we just have to make a conscious effort to look for it.
Thank you sweet gentleman at Arctic Circle for blessing me and my children’s lives today. I’m more grateful than you will ever know.
You need to please check the DATES on the foods. Coupons used yesterday CHEESE BURGER, CORN DOG, Lg, FRIES, Chicken Rings, Strawberry Shake. . Up at 3am. Thronging up and Di area very sick all night, SO PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRED DATES.
Go here for milkshakes and fries! Milkshakes are awesome because you can add whatever toppings you want and they don't charge pet topping. The burgers aren't the best, the buns are usually dry. That's why four stars instead of five.
The hamburgers have always been good there. I placed an order for the breaded mushrooms, a new item on the list . It appears they are mushroom slices and there is more batter them mushroom. You know all the dropping on the bottom of the deep fryer . That what my mushroom order looked like . They were also very , very salted . At two and threw the rest away. Even though the employee asked how my food tasted and I told her horrible. It didn’t bother her I was unsatisfied and she walked away .
Food was good friendly service
Im sorry to say the bathrooms were a mess and there were three people standing around even after I brought it to their attention they said "We will clean it top to bottom tonight"
What about all your customers for the rest of the day? I feel the store could be cleaner. Also a dirty looking bucket on the front counter is not very appetizing.
This location is always good. They're always clean, the employees are always patient and polite, their service is quick, and their accuracy is great.
Definitely better than the one closer to my house on West antelope Rd.
Excellent service. Always enjoy the shakes
