Got food poisoning the day before Thanksgiving. Also, the Ranch Burger does come with Ranch (at least at other locations), so don't try to lie and say it's called the Ranch burger because of the Ranchers. Wouldn't they all be called a Ranch burger then. It was truly a weird experience. I love Arctic Circle, but I would avoid this one.
one time i was in the drive thru at this location for 55 minutes. i counted.
i’ve literally NEVER had a positive experience here. i purposefully don’t come to arctic circle because their wait times are insane, and they usually get my expensive order wrong anyways. awful awful awful.
Crazy slow, finally paid then asked to pull up and wait some more. Over 20 minutes to wait for 1 combo and my fries were cold and not good. Sad to say but with all the options now this one will probably do itself in shortly.
First off, I like Arctic Circle. But this location is by far the worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. The employees were yelling the whole time - jokingly at each other and forcefully at the customers. I don't expect a quiet peaceful ambience at a burger joint, but hearing the kids screaming "Shut Up" repeatedly was a bit over the top. When my order was ready, they screamed my name at the top of their lungs until I located them in the dining area. Then the employees went back to the counter to scream and yell at each other again. After our verbal assault while eating, we went back to the counter for an ice cream cone, only to be ignored while the employees joked and yelled for several minutes as we stood there - they did turn and stare at us periodically, somewhat acknowledging our presence, but making no effort to take out order.
While I typically like Arctic Circle, be sure to avoid this location. It's the worst.
Over-priced and extremely rude service. Ordered a shake from the drive-through and I received a shake that had virtually no toppings - so essentially a cup of vanilla ice cream. When I returned to complain the blond kid in his twenties was extremely rude. For over $6 for a small shake with no toppings, you might as well drive down the street to Smith's and get a gallon of ice cream for the same price.
I ordered a raspberry cheesecake milk shake. While eating it I bit into a huge piece of butterfinger. I am allergic to peanuts so I obviously couldn’t finish the shake and it made me incredibly sick.
I would highly recommend avoiding if you have any type of food allergy.
The handful of times I’ve stopped by I have felt like the atmosphere was off. Tonight a girl in a collared shirt, ponytail, and glasses- management I assume- was very short and cold with me. On top of that she seemed to be ordering the employees around and was just being outright rude to everyone. My boyfriend and I both were in shock at the lack of customer service. It’s diss appointing that the company would put someone like that in charge. :( As far as food goes… Shakes and food are overpriced for the mediocre quality they are. Won’t be back. This place needs some reconstruction.
The food was ok, served with good customer service. The bathroom was a little funky but can still do your service. Took kids here to eat and play.
