I've given this Arctic Circle a few chances before coming to this review. Recently this Arctic Circle has been neglected.
There is nearly always a wait, regardless of the amount of people at the restaurant.
The staff doesn't feel very willing to help or make much of an effort to do their job.
Even the food recently has had an old, stale taste.
This restaurant is in need of a re-staff, deep clean, and a fresh set of incentives.
Went for ice cream and got soup. Asked them to remake 2 of them because by the time they came out to our car it was dripping all over us and the car. Works were rude and then remade the shakes wrong. Never coming back :)
Article circle has always been a reliable delicious and cheap meal. They have all sorts of different burgers and they have great combo deals. Artic circle is without a doubt one of my favorite fast food places. Especially the chicken rings. Would highly recommend.
I went to the Arctic Circle on Red cliffs by the mall in St George. The employee working the register "Saint" was amazing. Literally was crushing every order l, making every person walking in the door smile. Then to top it off the ice cream was delicious. Would I go back for the ice cream? Probably. Would I go back for Saints customer service - Absolutely.
They seemed to be struggling. There were two girls taking orders and one did not look comfortable doing it. The burgers we ordered were still a little pink in the middle. I had a mushroom swiss burger and could have used a fork, it was very wet and messy to eat.
Highway robbery y’all. Dang these prices. A tiny tray of tots was $6??? Look at the size compared to the ketchup pack. My meal was $16 and I wasn’t even full. That’s restaurant prices!
2 of us went thru the drive-through. It was hot that day. 104*. I walk with a walker. As hot as it was, i didn't want to try to go inside. We only wanted an ice cream cone. There is only 1 car in front of us. No one behind us. We were asked to wait to order. 3 minutes go by. We asked if we could order now. Emp. seemed surprised. "Oh! Oh! Yes. Yes. What can I get for you?" We ordered, went to the window. Another 3 or more minutes goes by. We're ready to drive away w/o paying or ice cream. Emp. opens window, still seeming to be totally confused. Asked if we paid yet? "No." We pay. Another wait. Finally, after sitting in the car for over 10 minutes, we got our ice cream!
Maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. We, of course, have no idea what was going on inside. Emp. seemed hurried and frazzled.
Everyone or business has bad days. I'll give Arctic Circle another chance. Their food is good. I want to continue to eat there.
