This was the WORST place I've ever eaten in my life. The smell of urine hits you when you walk in permeating from the play area. The drink station reeks of mildew and the cheese in our burgers was literally stretchy and yet leathery at the same time. My family was sick with diarrhea for three days after eating there. Then they lock the bathrooms so that they don't have to clean them. There's some serious management issues going on there that need to be fixed immediately. The place needs to be shut down and scrubbed for a week. The play area needs to be dismantled and steam cleaned and there needs to be porous mats laid down with a drainage system in place so it can be cleaned properly. I would fire the entire staff and rehire a new staff at a hirer wage and PROPERLY train them for a week. Also get rid of the tables and put in ones that don't squeeze people quality is better than quantity and there isn't a large crowd eating there anyway so get rid of the cramped booths. Now that I found the address, time and place I will definitely be calling the department of health tomorrow. There's absolutely no excuse for any dining establishment to be in this condition other than poor management.
Always enjoyed the lime Rickeys and hot crisp fries.....but today received a ranch burger that tasted as bland and dry as the box it came in. No condiments. Just two cold and dry patties stuck among three layers of bun. Yuck! For $25,for two folks, it turned out to be expensive garbage. Quality and taste has gone by the wayside.
Disappointed and gypped is how I feel. Won't be wasting my time or my money there again.
Honestly there are some Street folks walking around inside and everything but overall it's a very clean store the food is very good the staff is very friendly and clean it's just some of the customers are a little unclean other than that good place
It's a really delicious place to go, and the food doesn't taste so processed like others. Their ice cream is really authentic and delicious, by far my favorite even over dairy queen. I'd recommend.
My burger had cheese that looked like it had been sitting out all day, and the burgers were very dry like they had made them hours ago then just put together because my cheese wasn't melted and my patty tasted dry. TLDR the food was dry, also the soda machine smells like mold.
Its a hometown chain I enjoyed, and the building has a lot of memories. However, our order was inaccurate and they didn't seem pleased to serve us. I would love to see them improve their quality as well, and then hopefully expand.
I've been coming to this Arctic Circle for years. I'm always impressed at the cleanliness of the place. The food is always good and the cooks always honor my request to make something fresh when asked.
Their Soft Serve Ice Cream (Chocalte, Vanilla, or Twist) is delicious, and their shakes are some of the best in the state! Their Grasshopper shake is my favorite and they now serve Jamocah flavored shakes too!
Staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. I think we forgot about this small little place. Now it is very hot they have a great selection of ice cream , shakes, and ???? sundaes. Let's not forget the affordable cherry, chocolate dipped coins. Yummy! I rate this place a ???? up.
