With the current state of the economy, high turnover of employees causes unusually long waits, especially in the drive-through. They still maintain great service, though. Good people.
Basic hamburger is tasty and good value at $2 plus some change. Family size tater tots rounded out the meal nicely
Went for shakes and they didn't disappoint. Best shakes in the valley! The service was good and quick.
The service was quite dissapointing. The food took a long time to be completed and made me late to a play. When I politely mentioned that I was in a hurry, one of the young female employees rolled her eyes and acted super annoyed. I will say one of the managers offered me a courtesy cone and was apologetic, so not all their employees are rude.
I can't say enough good things about this location everyone is always friendly and I love coming here when I can thank you for making the arctic circle experience always great.
I came on a Tuesday and went through the drive through and after I paid they said it would take a while and asked me to park out front. I waited 30 minutes for my food to which they said sorry and gave me a buy one get one free coupon. When I came back to redeem the coupon they gave me, I walked inside hoping it would be faster... it took them 5 min to acknowledge I was there and a total of about 10 to take my order. The food came faster, but for “Fast Food” you will wait if you come here! So just plan for that!
Not impressed at all. Ordered one thing and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. When the girl finally came back to the window she said that their cook had messed up on the order in front of us and he had to fix that before he could make our ONE item. Absolutely no apology or offer to make things better. When we told her it was a good thing we weren’t in a hurry she replied “next time I won’t even tell you” and slammed the window in our face. Extremely disgusted by this!!
Had a great time. Very friendly. The young man that helped me went out of his way .Even gave us complimentary ice cream cones very yummy. Thank you for your amazing service.
