The most recent time I visited this Arctic Circle location, I ordered a crispy chicken wrap that was mostly lettus, and I asked for extra white sauce and got no white sauce. I was not entirely happy. My sons food was fine and our milk shakes were good.
Yum! Their fries seemed extra good. I love their raspberry cheesecake shakes. And the famous fry sauce. (It's ketchup and mayo, y'all)
The food is overpriced and mediocre at it's best, but that's not even what prompted this review. If I pull into the parking lot and there is even one other car in the drive-thru, I know I'll be there 30 minutes. Thought I would try going into the lobby since there was only 1 car in the parking lot. There was only 1 customer and he was standing at the counter. After waiting behind him for 20 minutes while employees seemed oblivious that we were there, I finally asked him if he'd even gotten to order yet. When he said "nope, it seems that it takes the entire crew to work on 1 drive-thru order", I just went somewhere else. No offense to the kids that are running the place, but the company may want to think about getting an adult with some managment and customer service experience in there to show them how to prioritize and be more efficient.
I came in on 5/17/24 @8:45ish and the kid that was running the drive thru sucks!! Not welcoming at all. Was very rude and was in a hurry for nothing. If I didn't hear it say "here's you ice cream", it would have been dropped on the pavement. And our shakes were half way filled and weren't even what we ordered. So in short y'all need to do something. People spend good money to come here to eat and if they keep getting treated like that you will for sure loose business!!!
It was very good! They have a friendly staff that got our big order out to our big family complete, correct, and fast.
My family enjoys eating at Arctic Circle. Food is always good, restaurant is clean, and staff accommodating.
Had to remind them about parts of the order they forgot, twice.
Ice cream was delicious and soft.
Restrooms were clean.
I grew up in blackfoot in the 80's and this place hasn't been updated since they built it. It's so old feeling that it's "almost" nostalgic. I've never gotten a hot meal at AC, it is almost always just basically room temp. The food isn't bad, it's just that they don't care and the menu is outdated. Service was fine, not great, but what should you expect?
