It is a small but cozy place! The employee there was friendly and helpful! One of the water taps from the soda machine was bubbly but the other one tasted normal. Chicken was very very hot and might have been just a little under done but fine enough to eat. We will definitely be back for ice cream, though!
Took my girlfriend to Arctic Circle on 11/30/2023 around 8p.m. Don't get me wrong the hot chocolate ice cream is Amazing! Definately try it! But..... the girl taking our order was very quiet, you almost couldn't hear her at all... then we got up to the window where the one girl was still quiet but was the only one working! There was 2 other female employees there, sitting on the prep table where they were very visible and on their phones. That is a very big health hazard (to be sitting on a prep table), was not professional at all, and absolutely not attentive to the fact that there was people trying to order and others at a window. Rave to the girl basically working by her self, just needs to speak up a bit, rant to the other two for not helping her or the people behind me. Also, while the ice cream was good, it was very melted! Hopefully this will get fixed ASAP! I unfortunately only got the one girl in the picture but the other one was a skinnier blonde.
My son and I stopped by to get ice cream comes because I saw they were only 89¢. Best money I've ever spent on ice cream. They have the biggest of cream cones in town. Give Shelby a raise!
UPDATE: We finally had burgers here and they are amazing! Very clean location inside, and the staff is super friendly.
Burgers and ice cream are good! Taco salad had too much meat and too much seasoning (like 3 times the amount it should have, very salty). The service is good but usually slow.
Alex, Anna and Daniel are the reason why this restaurant works! When I went in there wasn't even room at the drive thru. I went inside to order and saw these three working great as a team. Positive attitudes and fast, friendly service! The restaurant and restroom were clean. The food is great. But overall I was most impressed by the employees. THESE PEOPLE NEED A RAISE!!!
Horrible experience once again. Super hot inside employees were sweating profusely while making our food. Grossed us out so bad we could not even eat our food. Mixed up our order twice then got mad at us for bringing it to their attention. Never had a good experience at this location
I went there to get ice cream. Upon arrival, i was greeted by being told to pull to the window because the headsets were down due to last night shift not charging the batteries. Got my ice cream, and it was $15 for 2 shakes, i was stunned at the price. after waiting like 7-10min, i got my ice cream, which I thought was rather long for 2 shakes. I tried eating one on my way home, and the ice cream just didn't taste right. So I tried the other just about the same thing. I'm not sure if it was just a bad milk or what, but it had a Greek yogurt aftertaste, which i was not expecting. Overall, service and food were just about equally as bad, and they were definitely not impressive.
Came here for a little lunch date with my husband. I was hesitant about what to order, but the guy taking our order was very helpful. We got a chicken breast sandwich and an angus double cheese burger. We were satisfied with what we picked.
