Ordered 2 large shakes. Only 3 cars have been in front of me. Been in line for 25 minutes and line has not moved. Upper MGMT, what is going on with the night shift on Wed Nov 27th, 2024

Their shakes are AMaZINg!!!!! I love fresh banana with Vanilla Wafer. So good. Fries are also delicious. Burgers are really good quality as well. There was just an issue with our order and some of it was cold but they gave us vouchers. They are legendary for their fry sauce.
First time there. Used drive-thru. They got the order wrong, even after repeating it back to me. Shrimp coating was nice and crispy, but the shrimp itself was mushy. They used odd mushrooms on the burger. The onion rings were good. The best thing about the experience was the very good worker who politely and patiently answered my questions and took my order.
Our family really enjoys this location. The staff is kind and helpful. Food is carefully put together, which shows they care about presentation as well as quality.
When my presented coupon was expired, they showed me the current coupons online and we saved a little more than without them. Grateful for their help, we love this location!
Only 1 suggestion: the dining room could use better cleaning between guests as several empty tables were not completely clean.
I love their Yukon fries, food always hot. The shakes you can get in many flavors. It the only place where you can get fish and chips and shrimp if your craving seafood too.
The employees here are incredible people! Extremely kind and very funny!! The store itself is well maintained and cleaned and organized. It's truly a wonderful experience and when it's slow you get the chance to really talk to the employees and grow an amazing connection.
Food is acceptable. The mini corn dogs are quite delectable. My issue- I got a cookie dough shake *with extra cookie dough*, when they gave it to me it was a heath bar shake with 3 cookie dough balls on top, was pretty disappointed because they are usually great, but employees were nice so that’s a plus just didn’t discover the issue until after leaving ☹️
Didn’t catch the name of the guy working the counter this afternoon, but he was an absolute stud. So kind and friendly to my kids, and helped us with our order.
