Went to grab dinner tonight. Paid almost $50 for 4 meals and cheese curds. When we got to the window they took payment, gave us our drinks, and 2/4 meals and closed the window. We sat there for a good 10 minutes while one employee walked back and forth from the lady at expo (im assuming the manager seeing she bossed everyone around and was rude) sat there and yelled at him (he was kind to try and help)
He asked us what our total was and we said “almost $50”. More walking back and forth and yelling. Finally they brought us our 2 other meals. I told my husband to pull forward to check we got everything. We did and whattya know- the cheese curds were missing. $7 worth of food. He parked and went in and turns out they left them under the warmer.
Once we got home (literally 3 miles away) we sat down to eat. My burger (the Swiss mushroom burger) was SO extremely greasy it made it soggy. My husband pulled his out and it was the same way. I had to dab the grease off.
We also noticed the cheese curds tasted like fish. We won’t be going back to this location. Which sucks cause we usually love the food.
The playground has so much grim and germs on it. Don't think they ever clean it. It's very un safe for kids to play on. The hamburger I bought was cold when they brought it and had a bad taste.
I cannot believe what I was served today. And I can’t believe I tried to finish my meal. There is no quality control here. Customer service was great but unfortunately the way I was served was not.
Ordered Swiss cheese mushroom burger, and you can’t taste the Swiss cheese.
Ordered mini corn dogs and they were burnt!
It’s like if they had them ready in the back and got cold from hours ago and tried to re-fry them.
Update: manager made it right. I wasn’t trying to get a refund but he noticed that food was just not up to standard and made things right for me. Up to a 4 stars, thanks guys.
Absolute s**t show...nobody in lobby and took 5 minutes for someone to take order, then took 55 minutes for food! Staff had zero care. Go ANYWHERE else and you'll be thankful you did. Went to counter and couldn't believe the times on the screens! Wait times are red in the photos. Unbelievable!
Delicious! Burgers were so good, service was great. We didn’t go inside, drive through was easy enough.
Adding on: For clarification, I hadn't been to Arctic Circle before. I took my son yesterday as well. Did you know they offer courtesy cones? My son was showing me the scrape on his leg as she opened the window. She didn't skip a beat, "would we like a courtesy cone today?" I took her up on the offer, "Just one?" She asked, to which I said yes. She brought it back in a jiffy, then she handed me our drinks and said she would check on our food as well. They were all incredibly friendly.
If you want a really good, fast burger, this is definitely the place to go. I stand behind my previous statement, the staff is kind, the food is good, I was pleased with the service we received.
We come here basically everyday after we go to the dog park with my two red boys. ????. I get an ice cream cone, my grandpa gets a strawberry ???? shake and the doggos get courtesy cones.... And they love their ice cream treat!???? Spoiled pups.
I love businesses that give back to the community. Arctic circle donated sundae coupons to my kiddo's school & he was awarded a coupon for exemplifying a character trait. (Yay son!) The sundae was pretty impressive. ???????? They had a whole bunch of flavors for their sundaes.
Great service. Good experience. The playland reminds me of something I would expect to see outside. Kids do not have to take off their shoes to play which is good for many reasons. My food tasted hot and fresh. You can expect a good Artic Circle experience here.
