The young gentleman at the register was really nice, and the lady running the drive thru didn't say a single word but just gave me a weird look when I asked for an extra spoon for my son and I to share a really small $6 ice cream. The ice cream was sub par. It tasted icy and the cookie dough had little flavor. I probably won't come here again unless the quality improves based on current prices. The play place is nice but really small. My son didn't care, he still had fun.
Went in for taco salads a while ago. They are always so delicious. The staff was nice. The drink area smelled and had some weird thing sitting on the tray. We went in again yesterday to try the new Chicken BLT salads. It was definitely not what we expected. We thought the tomato would be diced up or small sections. It was a whole tomato partially cut in 4 slices. Really? Then we expected crispy bacon broken up into pieces. There were 2 limp pieces of bacon. Then, the grilled chicken was in his size pieces, but the crispy chicken was partially in strips and partially in big chunks. We had to use the flimsy plastic knife and fork to cut the tomato and to try and cut up the bacon and crispy chicken. Once we fixed our salads, we put our ranch dressing on. It tasted good, but to go through all that just for a salad in a fast food place is definitely not worth it. This was a big no for the salad. I'll go to Wendy's if I want a quick salad.
The food is always good! The staff was so kind of find a specific dinosaur my son wanted with his kids meal. Even though it's an older, out of date place, it's clean and comfortable.
I always start out with a plan to give a 5 star rating. In order to get less you really have to mess up... as you can see, they really messed up here...
We came here for ice cream cones. We were kept waiting at the menu board for about 2 Minutes. There was only one car in front of us. They didn't take our order until that car was pulling away. VERY INEFFICIENT!
We ordered 2 ice cream cones. And then had to wait for them at the window after paying.
Now the food. The ice cream cones were tiny and not very filled. The side of the waffle cone was higher than the ice cream. It was not even half of what is shown on the menu board... we felt ripped off.
That being said, we don't feel like we can recommend this place. If you want a cone made the way it is pictured on the menu take the drive to the Shelley Artic Circle. They make the cones like they're supposed to. None of the Artic Circle's in Idaho Falls give you an honest filled cone in my experience.
Making a bigger profit by cheating your customers is not a good business model and is a sure fire way of going out of business.
I went through the drive thru for a drink. I got a Lime soda (can't remember the name). It was tasty and refreshing. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
When I drive through and you tell me what my total is, I expect to pay what you told me at the window, not receive an up-charged receipt saying I could have saved $0.15 if I used cash. I feel scammed and will never eat here again.
My kids love the food here! Fry sauce is a must! It takes a while to get food, but it's worth it!
The red head kid and his crew are the absolute best I come in and didn't have enough money to get my daughter her kids meal and cheese curds I had ordered it and told them to take it off I got up to the window and they gave it to my daughter with her kids meal they gave her an extra ice cream as well can't say enough about these kids and their crew awesome awesome awesome that's why we're loyal people that come back time and time again
