The staff are very nice. BUT, they make recommendations to your care more from a financial standpoint then anything else.
For example, they might recommend a deep-cleaning that cost over $500 dollars (typically not covered by insurance). I went to another dentist and my orthodontist who both said my teeth were fine and didn't see concerns that would cause the need for a expensive deep-cleaning. SO, if you want to spend a lot of money, this is the place!
It was the worst experience with a dentist for me and my husband. They refused to clean my husbands teeth, when I went in for my teeth cleaning, the hygienist never cleaned under my bridge. Not impressed with them at all! I called and cancelled my appointment, which was for today, last week. They called me yesterday to confirm my appointment?! Then they want to thank me for coming in today and leave a five star review. What the heck?! I called last week asking for them to email mine and my husbands records. They never did. I called again this week and someone said they would email the form to me. I filled it out and took it to them in person. They sent me the records but no where is there a date when we were seen. I highly recommend NOT going to them.
I had a great time at the dentist. They were incredibly kind and conversational. Can't wait for my six month appointment to go back.
Overall decent appointment. The tech for Orthodontist wasn't very pleasant. She forgot the neck wrap and got my child wet. We've had this lady before and wasn't impressed with her bedside manner.
First visit was super efficient and consultative. They gave me specific recommendations and a plan to get my work done. Very friendly staff.
Super friendly, understanding, and accommodating was able to correct months of pain caused by a different dentists with one visit

Ok visit. Small delays but not bad. Personnel nice but seemed distracted over social hours and events after work while working in teeth which resulted in some activity causing some discomfort.
