My husband had the rest of his teeth pulled and dentures put in. He was very happy with the process from start to finish. The dentist kept him informed every step of the way. He now can smile again without being self conscious. A big thanks to Arch Dental staff.
Dr T & Savannah are amazing! They listened to our needs, and addressed them with kindness and honesty. The entire staff was helpful and happy to be there. Definitely a great team and we are excited to come back for treatment! Thank yall for being exactly what we were looking for! And thank you to the xray tech! She was very patient and super quick. Granbury office is GREAT!!
Transitioning from a different dentist office in Granbury, where we had a negative experience after being there for over five years, to this one has been incredibly refreshing. The team is exceptionally kind and patient with my daughter, they keep me well-informed, explaining everything clearly. I always leave with a complete understanding of what’s going on or what their plan is. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area.
Took my kids here for the first time and had a great experience! Very kind and professional staff. You can tell they really care about their patients and getting them taken care of. I actually left today already recommending Archstone and telling others how enjoyable our time there today was. I'm excited to use them as our all time dental place now. I haven't been to a place this good since I was a young child. So thankful to find friendly people that love what they do!
Dr. Tommy is quick, honest and efficient! I say he’s quick because he moves fast but it never compromises the quality of his work. I was supposed to have around 6 fillings done but we only complete the 2 most difficult ones as he took his time to ensure they were done safely and correctly. When 2 other dentists stated I needed 2 crowns, he was willing to put in the time and effort to repair my tooth with fillings instead. His assistant Savannah was super kind and helpful and both were attentive to me and checked in on me regularly to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort during the procedure! The dental hygienist Holly is lovely too and so sweet and kind. After having poor oral hygiene for a couple years due to life events and depression I felt so embarrassed but she was so kind and empathetic and didn’t shame me at all! Love the current Archstone Dental Granbury staff!
It is a good experience every time. They are patient and caring, and the children are not afraid at all when having their teeth cleaned. You can trust them and choose them!
Went to this Archstone Dental office in Granbury today for a first appointment. Was shocked when the ‘welcome’ paperwork says that as a patient you must agree to X-rays every six months. This is their “policy”. Now understand that most (if not all) Dental Insurance policies will not cover X-rays every six months, even bite-wing X-rays. Which means this is nothing more than a money maker for this practice. I am sadly disappointed that they have adopted such a ridiculous policy that causes the customer out of pocket expense that most likely is unnecessary.
Needless to say, I will not be a patient where their bottom line is more important to them than anything else. I have been to many different dentists, here in Texas and in other states, and have never heard of such a policy. Customers beware, unless you are having a dental issue, there is no good reason to have X-rays every six months.
I am also a retired registered nurse and understand the nuances of dental issues.
The ladies at the desk were very nice and polite. But, my next question is why were there five of them behind the counter? Unless maybe a couple were simply for insurance purposes. Didn’t get that as well.
