Abby is absolutely wonderful. She’s so personable and amazing at what she does. My husband regularly gets cuts from Abby. Twice a month like clockwork and we’ve never had a bad experience. The shop is always clean and well kept. The other barbers are friendly and efficient as well. I couldn’t recommend a better barbershop.
Only time I've been embarrassed leaving the barber's. No fading or blending, no idea on styles. Really poor work.
Editing to describe the problem. I grew my hair out to be about 6 to 8 inches and I wanted to have some input on what to do with it. I asked the barber for suggestions and he told me to just google something. I asked again for anything he's done before and he said he'd trim it a bit and let me decide later. He took what was 6 to 8 inches on the back down to about 1 inch. I explicitly said the sides were long and bothersome, and that I'd like them shorter. I still have 6 to 8 inch long hair on the first inch of the sides. I have this weird rainbow of long hair in the front that goes down to an inch in the back. I guess there's somewhat of a blend from the 2 to 3 inch length near the back but on the side of my head to the 1 inch back, but it's still in correct and the front is blatantly wrong.
Second edit for an update. Denied refund since 6 to 7 inches is considered small inclusions, and that's the minimum of what could have been removed. Am now having to take it up with my bank. GOAT down the road cleaned up my cut for me and they have heard that more and more over the past 3 years, the haircuts from this place have been on the decline. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
Last edit, after working with AbbyGrace, I received my refund after dismissal from the barber who cut my hair. She's been super helpful and worked with me quickly. I moved the review to something neutral as the customer service was great, but the barber who cut my hair was not. I can't speak for the other barbers, but I wouldn't book with Andrew.
Always amazing experience here. Abby always takes care of me and treats customers like they are friends she hasn't seen in a while. Haircut is always on point.
i went in to get a normal haircut as always (i’ve been here before). i went with Mathew and he gave me my haircut i asked for a mid fade and i left with the complete opposite. I have the highest fade.
Everytime I come here I'm extremely pleased with my hair cut. I've been to the Clinton store and I've been to the Layton store I have no complaints whatsoever. Archie is always really professional and amazing at what she does. I definitely recommend. The haircuts are reasonably priced for great quality. I'm extremely picky with who cuts my hair so I would would not recommend if I didn't like how my hair turned out. If you want a great haircut at a decent price please come and give Archie's a try!
Andrew cut my brother's hair while using his phone at the same time. Thought it was weird but didn't say anything. When we got home we noticed a few spots that were missed and his hairline was uneven.
Frances cut my son's hair and did a beautiful job and she's nice as well (:
Just got the best haircut of my life from Abby! She was super nice, very professional, and made for great conversation. Don't walk, run to her for an appointment!
The stylists are good at cutting but absolutely terrible at time management. The last 3 appointments I have made have not been acknowledged, which turns a 30 minute appointment into 1 - 1.5 hours. The lack of respect for your customer’s time has got me going somewhere else.
