Terrible experience. The tech rushed me thru the threading and slapped some tint on my brows without shaping them at all. I have naturally arched brows and she made me look like a grandma. The edges of my brows are rounded and the tint has no gradient effect. When I brought it up to her she told me once I wash it a few times it will look better. I have a big event this weekend and now it is ruined. This is my first and last time coming here. I just relocated from Memphis and was looking to go to this one because it’s closer to me, but they definitely dropped the ball
UPDATE: They have added more services to their menu of options. I always like the service and end result! They now have the monitor on the wall where you can see how long your wait time is.
I received the Microblaiding services and I really enjoyed the experience. I was able to get my eyebrows how I wanted them! Exceptional job well done! I am receiving positive complements!

I have had a good experience in Southaven in the past, so this is why I decided to go back. This time, instead of giving me an arch, my eyebrows look like two half circles. Awful. I never would have thought to tell her I wanted them arched since the name of the business is literally arch to arch. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I will never go back again.
I got my eyebrows threaded. The service is usually quick. The wait time varies, but can be longer if going on Saturdays. The pricing is reasonable, and they usually run sales during the holidays.

Mona does an awesome job. She has been threading my eyebrows for a while now. They always look very nice! She also makes you feel very comfortable during the Brazilian wax, by explaining everything she is doing. Book with Mona!
