I typically never leave reviews, but the young lady who threaded my eyebrows really did a horrible job. I came in at opening on a Sunday & asked the young lady to just clean up my brows leaving the tail as thick as possible, after she finished my left eyebrow was way thicker in the front than my right with absolutely NO tail while my left brow as thin & straight as it was had a HUGE tail. She literally played in my face. Be cautious this place is not what it once was!
DO NOT GET PERMANENT EYE MAKEUP. I have gone here for years, and I LOVE the eyebrow threading services. I thought it was professional enough to trust Ms. Sherry with permanent makeup. Long story short, there was an addition of funds at the end of the process (after I asked twice was it the final price). ON TOP OF the work being unsatisfactory. ALSO a licensed esthetician told me that she clearly overlined one eye, (there's NO ink in the same spot,, on the opposite eye) and was probably done to ENSURE a 2nd session. and THEN asked for additional funds for a 2nd session to complete it. 2nd sessions to complete the full eye makeup was explained in the beginning to be $0, then when it was time for me to schedule the 2nd one, it was $75 (& this was after increasing the price on the first session). Please be transparent with your customers. I was young, this was 2020, and it should have been reported to the better business bureau. Again, the eyebrow services are PHENOMENAL but I DO not recommend the permanent makeup. I will take my dollars elsewhere from now on.

I have been going here for over 8 years. After repetitive bad services, I no longer patronized there for the past 2 years. Decided to finally give them another chance. As I’m trying to explain how I want just a clean up on my brows & just get the ends, the lady constantly repeated “okay, okay, okay” rather than listening to my request. Wasn’t telling her how to do her job, just informing her how I wanted my brows (since in the past they always take off too much). I got a full face wax. She started to go in with thread. I told her I selected and wanted wax. She informed me thread last longer. I told her that I was aware, but thread is painful, and I would like wax. (Which I selected during sign in)
Instead of doing just the end of my brows, as I initially told her.. she ripped wayyy too much off under my brow. She also waxed off my edges. I was very dissatisfied, and still tipped her for her service. It was no point of complaining once it was done because you simply can’t undo a wax. I will not be back. Please take this review to better services, be patient with your clients, and fully listen to THEIR request and not how YOU see fit. If you have a suggestion, please go over it with the client before going against their wishes.
Update: The manager gave me a phone call after my intial review and apolizgized for my displeasure in my servies. She informed me she wanted to credit my account with a free face wax. I told her not to do so, because I probably wasn't going to go back. She insisted that I give them another chance. Today 04/08 I go in to receieve the free service she insisted on giving. Once check out came, my total was $45. I informed the lady that it should be a credit on there and I receieved a phone call from this location that it would be applied to my account. She said it was not there. Today was my last day ever spending a dime at ANY A2A location. I will not be back. Please save the phone calls and false promises.
I got a full face wax, and I’ve done it multiple time before and my skins never been this bad. The lady was overly aggressive with it and I have bumps all over now. And she. Charges more than needed.
Horrible experience. I asked to have my brows cleaned up and she completely butchered them with one with a deep arch and the other one straight and long. When she tried to correct them she made them worse. Never again!
If I visit a salon for eyebrow threading usually the technician would measure you. She just started threading my eyebrows. I asked for tint. Why did she extend the tint to my nose beyond where my natural brow start. I had to scrub the tint off to keep from looking like I have a unibrow. Do not use Seema at all. I would not recommend this place at all. It is not impressive for you to have all those plaques on the wall and you don't perform the basics. This place is awful.
Been going for years. Sherry is the best especially her facials. She customizes everything to your skin and all their products smell great. Always come out looking and feeling great!
Sami is great too very friendly and courteous love going to her. Her eyebrow threading is great!
Highly recommend!
I give three stars because the threading is great but the lashes suck. They attempted 4 times to do my lashes but they did not even last 2 full days.
