I have been going to ARC Psychology for 10+ years and I’d recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing professional guidance. They really listen and quickly address any concerns one may have. They work closely with their patients to ensure the corse of action they provide is actually the correct treatment for that individual. To be 100% honest, I’ve never met a more empathetic group of people, from the receptionist to the therapist and everyone in between, they’re doing it right.
First time here and I was hooked I scheduled my next appointment too. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet and she listened that was very important to me, she didn’t stop me or cut me off she spoke after I explained some of my problems and that right there was golden for me. Thank you

I am a patient of Ms. Montgomery at the Medina location. After I had lost my daughter, I was so devastated and honestly didn't know how to live or even function in life. Through her help over some time, I can accept my loss and know that tomorrow can be an easier day and possibly something to look forward to. She really is the BEST in her field! Thank you ARC! Your offices make scheduling and communication between patient and your professionals easy and rapid. Everyone throughout the staff is always kind professional and courteous! I only bumped it from 1 star up to 2 because my practictioner seems like a decent person and I've never really had issues with her specifically, however the system is inefficient to the point of neglectful because it is almost impossible to get a person on the other end of the phone. For medication refills you are supposed to either leave a message, or request via patient portal. Expect to spend 1-2 weeks leaving multiple messages until you are nearly begging for your medication because you've been several days in withdrawal. Even when I plan ahead to expect the delay (which is difficult and ironic seeing as one of my meds is for ADHD) I'll still often end up not having meds because it really takes that long to get a hold of a human being. At first they told me to skip the refill request service and call the office directly, but nowadays I try that and no one picks up, so it goes to message anyway and it's almost as if they check the messages once a week or something.
Been without medicine since Thursday More sick than a dog and still can't even get a hold or contact anyone! This has got to be a joke! Ask you to leave a number in your information for absolutely no reason, I don't even get a call back
