My first Arby’s experience was a hit!!! Matt the manager was an absolute riot and handled the rush like a pro! Loved my buff chicken wrap with curly fries and as strawberry lemonade to wash it all down! That’s a fantastic first experience! Will definitely be back! #wehavethemeat
Restaurant was clean and modern looking. The service was quick and friendly. They serve up some good sandwiches. But the star of the show is the curly fries. They also have a good variety of sauces to choice from. The drink sizes are massive, as well as the amount of fries. A medium was more than enough to fill me up.
Well the bathrooms and the resturant itself were very clean. Staff looked like their dogs just died and they did not want to be there. Service was horrible. Quality was,,, well,,, its Arbys. Here is my beef and cheddar. Beef had a decidedly grey hue to it. It did not taste bad but it certainly wasnt terrible. You literally get what you pay for
I went in to order a beef and cheddar (the #1 combo meal) and they gave me just a roast beef sandwich on gross bread but charged me full price. Waste of time and a waste of money.
Business hours posted on the website says the restaurant closes at 10pm. We got to the drive-thru at 9:40pm on Friday, 5/24. The girl on the speaker was incredibly rude. When we got to the drive, they immediately shut off all the lights and said they're closed. No explanation. No apologies. We told her, your business is posted to close at 10pm. You are supposed to take orders until 10pm. There were no cars behind us and only 2 cars in front of us. I had a hungry 7 year old in the car. They refused to take our order and just said, "Well, we're closed." If business hours have changed, the website needs to be updated, this is unacceptable. We went to Wendy's next door and had a much better experience. FYI, they close at 10pm too. They even said we can take our time looking at the menu.
Omfg the Wagu burger is the best ever!!!! IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! Better than shake shack or tasty burger. Go Arbys!! Now just bring IT back AND the potato cake!!!
Absolutely love this place, freshing cut roastbeef and sauce tops it.
