I can’t say much for Arby’s overall, but I always have really great service at this specific location. Very capable people running the drive-thru, food is usually hot and fresh, and I’ve never had any mistakes with my order. Special shout out to Krysta whose great service prompted me to finally write a review about this location.
Horrible meal I ever had! Ordered búfalo crispy chicken wrap, the tortilla was old and hard, chicken was the same, I asked for curly fries and I get left over fries, when I was walking in, whole crew was coming out to smoke and once the show me, they went back to take my order and cooked.
food tasted like vomit it was the grossest thing ever. i’ve never had a classic beef and cheddar taste like that from arby’s i wouldn’t go to this location at all it was just straight up gross
Probably the best Arby's we've had in a while. Last few times were pretty good too! It is been hot and juicy and fresh! Same guy was working the window (receipt said Paul?) Forgot an item and ran after me to get it to me! I appreciated that so much!
The food was fresh, and the salt on the fries was great. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was professional, and at a steady non frantic state. Everyone was professional and friendly. Also, was another food location that had plenty of parking that fit our camper
On 9/29/24, at about 1130 I placed an order at the drive thru. After paying, Bryson an employee ask if I could pull forward to wait for my order. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru. I ask to remain at the window and if anyone else came up behind me I would pull up. Bryson said, "Do you want your food buddy?" I then ask for my money back. Another young man came to the window to refund my money. They were both very rude and disrespectful. I didn't get the name of the second person, but they both need to be fired.
Food was aight, guy with long hair and septum had amazing customer service.
I parked right there waiting for my daughter was done with her hair appointment like I’m done it in the past, and have something to eat like afterwards but surprised they towed my car and it cost me $202.25 . In the past I did ask if it was ok to park over there and the lady told me that it was ok. Very disappointed of that place. I will never come back over there again so be careful going down there .
