When you bite into a Hamburger, the last thing you expect is cold, raw meat, but this Arby's disappointed. I'm normally one of the few advocates for Arby's, I love the curly fries and brisket, but this location on the Atlanta highway has disappointed time after time.
Normally I pull up to the speaker, order, and wait and wait and wait to get my food. The orders are accurate 85% of the time which isn't good, but it is acceptable. However today I pull up and look at the menu, and eventually someone else pulls up behind me and I realize it's been 5 minutes and no one has asked me for my order.
So I speak up and the clerk respond and apologized for the wait. I asked if the new bacon burger was good, I haven't had it and decided to order it over the brisket sandwich I normally love. So I pull up to the window and pay, and then the clerk hands me my card back and asks me to back up to I can re-trigger the sensor, and then I'm back to waiting.
I finally recieve my meal after another 8 minutes or so and go home.
The surprise I found after I had finally got home, set down and found the perfect show to watch, and bit into my sandwich was a cold bright pink raw Hamburger patty.
Do not go here until they fix their issues.
I want to start by saying I LOVE Arby’s! I have always had pleasant experiences with every restaurant I’ve ever visited, but not at this one, I visited this Arby’s late at night and when we first pulled up to the window the gentleman told me that we would have to back up to where I was in front of a red bar that’s sitting outside the drive through window and wait on his manager who had just walked over to the McDonald’s beside the restaurant so she could get her something to eat. So we back up to the red bar thing in front of the window and waited a good ten minutes and then was told by the manager on duty we could pull back up and continue with our order. The manager acted like she couldn’t understand what we were asking for when it was very simple that we wanted a beef and cheese classic meal, 2 beef and cheese classic sandwiches and a half a pound beef and cheese sandwich meal. She went on to tell me that it would be extra to add cheese to the roast beef and cheese sandwich which I was fine with at this point. We were just ready to eat! She called us out our order finally how we were wanting it. The total ended up being over $40 and again I didn’t question it and we were just anxious to get our meals. We didn’t wait much longer thankfully for the food to come out and couldn’t wait to chow down as we had been sitting there forever. The food was cold. It tasted like it had been sitting out all night long. The drinks were flat and needed to be changed out you could tell. Then to top it off they shorted us a whole roast beef and cheddar burger. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Very unprofessional and non satisfactory here. Will not be going back.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was the nastiest, driest, old and spoiled tasting bite I’ve ever attempted to eat in my life. There were like 5 workers in there and that sandwich had to have been made a week ago how old it was. Mind you, it’s not like I did anything to receive that kind of service, that’s just what they thought was acceptable. Disgusting.
Forgot to grab a couple snapshots since I was with the whole family. Quick bite for dinner. This Arby's had a remodel and is nice and clean inside. The service was ok. Had to give the order more than once but it came out correct. Food was ok. Mine was good but the wife's sandwich was cold and she said their grease needed to be changed. Overall about what one might expect from a fast food dinner. No major misses or home runs.
I ordered a chicken ranch slider and small curly fry. I got a chicken wrap and curly fry. I had to wait 10 minutes for the order. When I pulled off, that's when I found out my order was wrong. I could not get it corrected because the 10 minute wait had me late for an appointment.
I wanted this to be a good experience..... but it wasn't. They gave me a gyro instead of the meatoberfest double roast beef sandwich at the drive thru. I would have eaten it if it wasn't so gross... so I drove all the way back to arby's and got the right sandwich and guess what IT WAS ALSO GROSS! And it looked nothing like the one on the commercial. The bread was tough and chewy like cheap gum. And to top it all off.... my fries were cold.
The guy, Nicky, that works the window is so nice. He's literally the reason I keep coming back.
Loved it employees are so very nice and friendly and helpful keep up the good work God bless you all
