Cost my husband n me 12$ to get something to eat quick n threw the drive threw! We were very pleased with the cost ! We r use to paying 20$ n up there other drive there places. The 2 for 6$ best deal I have seen in a long time! And a delightful change from a Burger! Love this place! Thanks guys!

Love their mozzarella sticks. They have the most stringy and flavorful breading around the cheese. But they are only good if made fresh. I used to love the crispness of their onion rings too. But I asked for them and they don't sell them no more. I got a chicken sandwich plain with cheese. I asked for the yellow cheese that they put on their burger. I received some kind of white cheese....it did NOT taste good at all. To make matters work my chicken was so dry it was very hard to swallow. I don't know what happened to their curly fries but they don't taste the same as in the old days. They have no flavor and just taste like grease/oil. It was a complete waste of money. I didn't have time to go back to get fresh due to I work 3rd shift so it was a grab and go dinner night. I work 40 mins away in East Liberty.
I really wanted a couple turkey sliders but this Arby's didn't have it on their menu.
The place was dirty. The manager Mike knew the messes were there. I took pics also. NO attempt to clean the lobby. He finally did wipe off a couple of tables, and joked with a worker about the mess. The lobby needed to be addressed. They were NOT busy. A good manager would have cleaned it up or at least delegated someone. They just didn't care.
5 stars because Donny believes in customer service! I had a complaint, he apologized and immediately got on correcting it. Truly was a great experience!
Food is usually fantastic. There were a couple of times our fries and cheese sticks were cold, but it was a lunch hour so it was understandable
I got exactly what I asked for very quickly from courteous and friendly staff, and all of the food was hot. Used a coupon and got a good deal, too.
It's like neither Arby's in town can get a simple beef n cheddar sandwich, even when they confirm I want a beef n cheddar I still end up with a plain roast beef ????
