I visited in Autumn 2024, using the drive thru to purchase a market fresh turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Service was slow and distracted, with staff repeatedly clarifying the order before arriving at the window. However, the team were very polite. Upon arriving home, I discovered I had not received my order - I got a wrap, which was good but disappointing not to have got the sandwich I asked for.
Terence made my quick lunch into a fantastic day with his awesome engagement and conversation. Big smiles and amazing listening skills. I will definitely come back cause of him. Bonus points cause he knows about Dragon Bsll Z and liked my shirt. As a trucker I gave gotten used to borderline aggressive fast food workers at TA so this was amazingly awesome. He worked lunch time on 11-26-24 and hope he works the next day too!
It's been 3 years since I've been back to this place. This is the second time I visited and I got to tell you. They've done a 380 degree turn. The service here is phenomenal. The food tasted great. Way better than it was 3 years ago. I added a picture with what I ordered and that was with extra meat as well. Even the manager here is a very nice person and on top of everything. I will continue to come back to this place whenever I'm around here with pleasure. Thank you keep doing a great Job. ♥️
Buffalo chicken wings sucks
Very old, dry, cold “meat” taste like bread.
Just cold&old meat covered with hot sauce.
Jalapeño bites sucks too
French fried just okay.
I was so hungry ???? first time and will be the last time trying Arby’s!
How people can eat those kindda food ????
The food is ok, I mean it's no gourmet restaurant obviously, but the extremely poor service here and rising cost of 'fast' food makes this place a pass unless you have no other options available. I've been here twice now and each time has been more and more disappointing so I would not recommend it to anyone else.
This was some of the worst fast food I've ever had !! been to this place.2 times we'll never go back.I'm so disgusted.It cost twenty three dollars 2 burgers and fries no drinks The burgers were totally burned up. The fries were horrible. Don't know how it has a 3 star review.
Order taker has no customer skills and doesn’t listen to not just my order but others too. Bread was chewy, elastic and hard to tear off. All in all, not impressed with Wagyu burger. Small and a lack of fresh ingredients.
Wow! Soda machine don't work. It's nasty. Got me wet, was told to go next door to Petro and get my soda.
She kept looking at me like as if I was I don't know what.
She had time to sit around and just stand there behind the register. Didn't seem to care about the conditions of the dine in area ????
