i ordered a buffalo ranch wrap, no peppercorn ranch and replace it with normal ranch. I got my order and the wrap had absolutely no buffalo on it, wilted lettuce, and the wrap was ripped and things were falling out. If i’m paying 7$ for a wrap, i should be getting the correct thing i asked for. my receipt said buffalo wrap on it. How do you mess that up? And when i tried to call them, it kept saying that the line was busy. So now i have to go all the way back up there to say something. Very annoyed.
Every time I come here it's always a pleasant experience and I noticed when the workers are stressed and they still try to put on a customer service representation that serves both the quality of their food and their character today at 11:30 I was greeted by the most Pleasant person and my sandwich was the most perfect sandwich I saw from a franchise I'm glad I was first in the Drive-Thru and there's nobody here second that it looks like there's people coming I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because there's always stacks of bread in the lobby
The staff was helpful. The wait was minimal. The food was hot and fresh. The inside and outside was clean. Can't ask for more than that. They have the important stuff worked out. I had no complaints. I will return again.
Food was good, employees were friendly but my God the prices have just gotten too much for me to visit there as often as I used to.
Don't order online. Your food will be cold. Maybe they can put a microwave in the lobby? This would be special. After spending $55 to feed 5 people, we can heat up our own food. Maybe if I spend enough money, they'll let us make it too?
Don't take coupons, online ordering doesn't work. Mgmt and staff don't care. The food as always is great.
I tried they're free Sandwich with the month and it was cold, Put the fries for good.. I had no idea that you had to go inside to order by. phone. So it was difficult for me, But the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful.
A little higher in price than I'd like but that seems to be the norm these days however the service was good it was quick and the food was hot
