Pulled off the highway for a fast snack. Was greeted by the the happiest, pleasantest staff. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Made us our lunch super fast and fresh. Can't forget the jamocha shake!!! One of my favourite shakes. The resturant was surprisingly clean even the restrooms were clean.
Wife had the Roast Beef sandwich and thought it was good. Service was a different. Very busy and the order taker was frustrated and became a
little confused handing out orders. Not her fault just too many other rude customers
I finally found a store that did me right. For about the past 15 stores, I've had varied issues with my order being what I expect.
Anyways, this store has this stuff in order as my food was fresh, the service was prompt, the establishment was clean,.....I had zero complaints.
Will come back as I like getting my monies worth.
Walked in. Only people there. Employee turned to other employee and said "I'm not taking their order", turned around and ignored us. 5p, 8/17/2024. Male hispanic employee with highlighted hair. "Have a nice day".
Fast, courteous service. Clean dining area. I tried the Italian Smoked Porchetta...Wow!
So much flavor packed into one sandwich. And I especially love the turnovers. And it won't break the bank.
Today I tried their breakfast sourdough sandwiches, a bargain and pretty good too. I also ordered hash browns, which I didn't get. I'll now have to check and make sure I have everything before I drive away. I complained again (for the 10th time) that they need to fix their speaker at the order board because you can barely hear them - clearly the manager or owner doesn't care.
It's Arby's. Same food, same quality. Was an employee behind the counter absolutely freaking out about something, no idea what.
Military discount! It was unexpected, but appreciated. 5 stars. The former soldier behind the cash register was very friendly. It wasn't the cleanest Arby's I've ever been too, but I think dinner if that was because of the COVID mitigation.
