i live near this arbys i come every once in a while when i do order from here ive never had any problems their foods always taste fresh/good ???? (in the video is a buffalo chicken slider and curly fries)

Stop in here Tuesday nights on my way to work. Always a friendly staff. Fast service with a smile. Food is always fresh and fuels the night shift at a nearby store. ????????10/29 Thanks for the cold fries
Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Ordered the French dip. No Au Jus accompanied my order. Fries were cold as was my sandwich. Won't be returning.
The drive-thru attendant lady that took my order was pretty nasty I wasn't too happy with her attitude and what was even worse was my brisket sandwich just looked like three little tiny pieces of meat drowning in barbecue sauce and it didn't even have the onion fries on it or whatever it's supposed to have I don't know... I wouldn't know because it didn't come with it on it and I'll never be going back to this Arby's again if any Arby's. I think the taste this trip left in my mouth was worse than the taste of my sandwich.. wait that's impossible
The drive thru is extremely tight. If you have a larger vehicle it makes it extremely hard to maneuver through it. The food was really bad! I got a turkey and Swiss market sandwich combo and my husband got the Greek gyro combo. They did not put my onions or tomatoes on my sandwich and the curly fries were cold and disgusting. I paid almost 30$ for two marketfresh combos. We asked for Jamoca shakes with the order and they gave us the smallest ones they had and with no whipped cream. When I asked about the whipped cream..he said yeah we are out, sorry! Ugh! Just so much money for sub par food and service!
Dining room was disgusting, tables and floor were not cleaned the entire time I was there (over an hour) wallpaper pealing, what looks like mold growing from the base boards, trash cans in kitchen overflowing, walls covered in dust and webs. Store was not busy at all, there was plenty of time for someone to go around and wipe tables and remove trash.
Kevin rung me up with respect and great customer service best Arby’s experience ever I will come back for sure and the lady making the food had it out quick thank you soo much for a great lunch
