Yall should maybe think about getting a new cashier. Not only rude, but doesn’t listen to the customers who order. Rushed my mom and wouldn’t let her pay for her food, charged me for her food, gave me a meal when I said sandwich only.

I recently stopped at the Arby’s at the Pilot in Shreveport and ordered a BBQ burger that, according to the picture, should have come with fried onions, bacon, and plenty of BBQ sauce. What I actually received was a cold burger with three tiny strips of onion, half a strip of bacon, and almost no sauce. When I asked about it, the manager insisted it doesn’t come with those toppings, even though it’s clearly shown in the picture. This is blatant false advertising, and the food quality was incredibly disappointing. Definitely won’t be coming back. We’re done my appetite. I will report this to the BBB.
Lunchtime at Arby’s. Buffalo chicken meal. The ladies at the front counter were super nice and helpful. The location did not feel clean. There were mud and trash on the tables and on the floors. The food was consistent with other Arby locations that I’ve been to in the past. The parking lot was extremely congested from the gas station and the Casino Next-Door. I would return to this location but it would not be my first choice.
Ordered 2 chicken wraps cause they small and fast. 5 people standing there waiting on food. We all stood around and talked, that's why I gave 5 stars for atmosphere. Not a single person was served in 10 minutes. I was 5 orders behind them. I just left. Y'all enjoy my money. I'm a truck driver and we have schedules to keep. If u can't do fast food then don't be at a truck stop....
Now I gotta hope there's food when I stop west of dallas tonight. Or I just wait till tomorrow to eat
Joseph was so busy trashing the company I work because he once worked there (had on my uniform) he went on and on and on, it was so inappropriate. The worst part is I get home and he got my damn order wrong! So you can thank him for me not coming to this location!
The food was okay and there was only 2 people working. They seemed overwhelmed.

On December 27, 2023 in the evening, I placed my order and got the incorrect change. Nothing was said to me by the male. He walked away and a female gave me the food. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that I was short of change due. She said that they ran out. Whether it’s 2 cents or 75 cents, it is theft. At least have the decency to acknowledge it and apologize. Or make an effort and think ahead. Some employees will reach in their own pockets and give the customer the change, then get reimbursed when there’s change. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle of it. The male who took my order had no manners at all. I don’t fault him as much as I do his parents for failing to do their job. The female looked at me like as if I’m making a big deal about the 2 cents. It’s not the 2 cents, it’s the principle.
If the employees are lax in things like this, what else is subpar?
He asked for my name. He didn’t make an effort to get it right. Yes, I’m a foreigner, but my name is not that uncommon.
Manager, please send your employees to take a course in manner and etiquette. It is obvious that they didn’t get it from the people who raised them.
I really believe service should be no star highlighted.
