Wow! No meat (1 layer) on the Classic Roast Beef and cheddar, dry as all get out unless you like just a bun. We were told only 1 pack of Arby's sauce per Classic lol and we purchased 2 Classics! Cheap CHEAP as cheap gets!
Curly fries were stale and cold! For $15.89 I feel like I was robbed at gunpoint and this is my second time back in one week with no change.
Quit robbing us please!
Little girl at the register needs to be in a new line of work. Unprofessional, rude and just plain out nasty!

My sister and I came to eat after a meeting. She ordered, they called her name. She got her soda, etc, but came back for ketchup. The kid threw it on the tray like he was shooting craps! While she was placing her order, she asked if they had a veteran's discount. Answer: NO. Our Arby's gives her one every time. So why don't they? Privately owned? Franchise owned? Neither likes veterans?
I waited for my meal then went to get my drink. I reached for a top to my cup...NONE! A young man appeared next to me, stating they had some, and it was their last sleeve of lids. I thanked him.
We go looking for someplace to sit. Tables were a mess. Seats were nasty. Floor areas, too. If I ever have to go back to Columbia, SC, we refuse to dine there.
Not friendly at all. I dislike McDonald's, but I'd rather go there.
Ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon wrap. Very small portion of turkey. Two bites and all the turkey was eaten from one half! Wrap was dry as the desert! So they basically skimped on the meat and ranch sauce! Where is the peppercorn ranch sauce?!!!! Almost $14, for a medium combo!!???%%$#@ I am NOT happy! Do better! I so wished I had went elsewhere for a better wrap & price. Lesson learned.
***lesson not learned. A year later, tried again. Today's experience ($14.16) was worst then before. Where's the meat? 1st half had minimal meat. 2nd half was not any better. Pitiful. Now my lesson is learned!!!
Hot, fresh, and fast?? That definitely deserves all 5 stars! Service was quick and incredibly sufficient, food was some of the best Arby’s food I’ve had in a long time. 10000/10!
Waited in drive thru line for over 15 min to receive cold and old food. Returned food to inside of the store just for the manager to tell me after asking for a refund that I could warm my wraps in the microwave. Will never return.
The only reason that I am giving 4 instead of 5 is that they got one of the sandwich orders wrong. Usually that would be terrible but my husband actually REALLY liked the mistake sandwich so it wasn't a total bust. Food was great, they were busy in the drive thru on a Friday night but the line moved quickly!! We love Arby's!
Good food, I've never had an issue here. But they are expensive and some of their portions are small for the price. Their milkshakes are EXCELLENT
Ralph is the best server ever. He is so unique by his humble personalty. He is compassionate and his food is delicious.
