It's fast food, so not much "atmosphere." I guess with a place known for its roast beef sandwiches, picking chicken was probably not a great idea. It was supposed to be crispy, but there is a huge difference between crispy and just plain overcooked. I won't even mention that 1 chicken sandwich and drink was over 10$$. On the plus side, the cashier was pleasant.
I was working on another jobsite in Providence Ford for the week and I stopped by this location on my lunch break since it was literally down the street. I think its very conveniently located right off the interstate and its also attached to a Love's Gas station. Inside dinning is available through the Love's Gas station entrance and drive-thru services are available as well. Genius set up i think. I used the drive-thru to order the Waygu Steak Cheese burger with curly fries and I must say it was bussin. Customer service was great. Food was accurate, fresh and hot. Highly recommended.
I don't normally complain or leave bad reviews but here I go. I went through the Arby's drive-thru and ordered a classic beef and cheddar and a loaded baked potato. I asked for Arby's sauce and they gave me one in a container not a packet, no big deal. But when I got home and I opened my potato it had maybe less than a spoonful of cheese, some bacon, no sour cream, no butter and I didn't even get a fork. If you are out of certain things I completely understand and you could have told me before I paid for a loaded potato that there was nothing loaded about.
Ordered a 4 piece nugget the person at the window was friendly, but also very unusual as he kept saying things in a weird tone. in addition once I arrived home which is roughly 10 minutes away I pulled the nuggets out and they were hard as a rock. It seems as if they were old and had been microwaved. Not worth the drive back to replace them just won’t be returning

The buffalo sandwich was beyond messy, like they just said idgaf and threw it on there.
The lady at the register had a horrible attitude towards everyone. Mad cause theyre busy. Its a truck stop, newsflash its gonna get busy.
Whoever was practicing the loud horse whistle in the back, give it a rest, please. We get it. We think it's cool you can whistle like you're on the farm, but 15 times later, it gets pretty old.
I do understand that your largest business is beach traffic and folks traveling in general. I am local and 3 times over the last year have tried to purchase an Arby's nationally advertised deal. Each time, your employee shamefully apologized and expressed it was out of their control. There are several Arby's franchises that do support their regular customers. It saddens me that you don't want our business.
Decent prices , they got my order wrong but the sandwiches pretty much taste the same anyways it's not worth it for me to walk back inside and yell at the fine folks working the cold table
