Best WLM Reviews

The location and the atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries were on the cold side. I am assuming we were eating lunchtime leftovers since we showed up just after lunch hours. We did have mozzarella cheese sticks and they were perfect.
Good service.. quick and fast.. and have friendly staffs.... but the taste of the food is not that fresh or newly cooked or made.. maybe i had a bad tastebud that day?
Ordered a Big Cheezy Bacon burger with only:
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickle
Everything sounded OK over the speaker.
"Yes, of course, I'd like the bacon also."
(On my, errr... ummm... Cheesy BACON burger. After all, IT'S A MEAT!)
At this point, I should have wondered.
Shame on me.
Received a burger per the attached photo.
Apparently, things got mixed up somewhere between the ONLY and the NO buttons.
5 stars for years of good service.
Minus 2 for the mix-up.
Plus 1 for making me laugh as I threw the burger in the trash and raided the fridge.
Have good one.
Place was very clean and the cashier was very pleasant. Our food was piping hot and served relatively quick for an Arby's.
This location and the one in Lebanon, IN are our favorite ones to visit.
Did not eat the food because of sanitary reasons. This will take a small amount of explanation, though. The first thing someone does after sitting down to use the restroom is pull up their pants. That is done before washing hands. The employee I'm concerned with saggs pants. these pants continue to fall enough that they need to grab and pull them up slightly. This actually makes them grab the part where they grab to pull them up after going to the restroom. I think a normal intelligence person can see where I'm going with this. That's gross and should not be allowed in the food industry.
I know staffing is hard for businesses these days and I greatly sympathize to a point; where I draw the line is flopping on basic social responsibility by a restaurant to put out something one wants to eat. I’m getting my appetite back in the middle of Covid isolation, and my first Arby’s Wagyu burger without tomato seemed like a bright spot. What I received was crooked slop with tomato pitched in a wrapper; the burger center was mealy compared to its edges, and I moved through a share of napkins while hoping not to get gut bubbles later. Everybody has their stories of fast food gone wrong. I just have to say who is ok with giving what’s in my included photo to the public? Apparently, attendants at the Avon Arby’s. Have we sunk so low that exchanging hard-earned-inflated money for trash is no big deal? Automation in this industry can’t come fast enough. I suppose one of my purposes writing this particular review is to warn customers: take the slight inconvenience and check your drive through order. On the flip side you’ll have to gridlock back through line. Especially since no dining room service was available today for those who would be able to access. While I’ll eventually eat at Arby’s again, the Wagyu burger is a burned bridge. **just a follow up to Arby’s response: I filled out their “We Make it Right” form per their request. They responded with an Email apology and promise of some sort recompense. 2 weeks later, I received a standard apology letter and gift card for free meal.
I seen an add on TV. A fish and classic roast beef 2 for 6.00
I got to this store and the very nice polite young man behind the counter said.
We pulled the fish off our menu yesterday along with macaroni nibblers. They were here for limited time. I thanked young man. Told him in a polite tone that I will never ever step one foot into another Arbys again.
So I got into my car and went where I could get a fish sandwich.
The French Dip sandwich was disappointing, much different than it used to be a few months ago. A different bun. And they got my beef n cheddar wrong. I got a plain roast beef instead. Still tasty but not what I paid for. Nice staff though.
