Nice, clean and friendly staff. My chicken Wrap ???? was really good.
It's been a minute since my last Arby's review - five years ago in Richmond. I just don't hit this roast beef fast food place very often. A bummer because today's experience was really good. I was on foot with my car being serviced nearby so this ended up a positive choice.
Arby's has an app like the other fast food chains. Busy at lunchtime today, I was able to find a seat at the hightop table facing the counter area. After connecting to their wifi, I installed the Arby's app and made an order. Super easy and it wasn't more than five minutes later, my name was called.
Roast beef sandwich was tasty, cooked the way Arby's does - medium well and sliced very thin. The condiments area had Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce (a creamy horseradish). That went really well with the beef. Instead of fries, I chose the mac & cheese balls. These were hot and delicious. Bummer there's only four in there because I could pop these all day.
The restaurant was busy but clean. The same guy taking orders was also out in the dining area spraying and wiping down tables when he didn't have customers at the register. Other people were happy - no one was returning to the counter to correct their orders. A very good experience for sure.
Service was great from beginning to end!!! Chicken sandwich was beyond delicious!! Roast beef ???? delicious!! ???? burger was over 9.00 (wagu beef burgers) which I found to be quite pricey for one burger especially with no weights! ( quarter pound or otherwise) !
Atmosphere as far as dining area , vacant & quiet . CS atmosphere was great !
1st, I think Arby's gets a bad rap, they don't get utilized as much. I think they deserve a better chance. ????

I used the drive thru, and I had my hot food within three minutes. Everything came out like I asked for it to, and the associates were very helpful and friendly.
My son and I shared #14 Turkey Ranch and Bacon meal with curly fries. We came here after playing catch with football and tossing frisbee.
This Arby's has been there for a long time. The carpet REALLY needs to be removed. My shoes stuck to the carpet, it was a really gross feeling. The food was good. But that dirty carpet made it really hard for me to enjoy my food. This is the only Arby's in Pineville and they need to do better. That floor is totally disgusting. There was food all over the carpet. Make it easier on the workers and remove that NASTY carpet, there is no way they can clean that.
I ordered a small curly fry. It was one curly fry and 6-7 other curvy looking fries. I wasn’t given much.
