Their deluxe burger was good, the tomato looks like it was sliced with a laser. The curly fries were cold, my wife wouldn't eat them. They had just put my order on the online pickup shelf so it wasn't waiting for me to get there. Those weren't fresh fries.
After spending $30 on 2 large Beef n cheddar combos...THIS is what was given to us. Barely any meat literally NO cheese?!?! Not acceptable.
I went to Arby's Wabash In driving long distance for only a sandwich, no one answered drive thru so I pulled forward lights on and 3 cars I thought maybe the microphone was not working ,as I pulled forward a girl is hanging over a bucket like she was drunk but was draining shake machine it appeared so I decide to wait and few min late sge looks up gets another girl who comes to glass but does not even open the glass window and waves they are closed ans waves by sarcastically so I call after I leave and they answer I asked what time do u close they say 11 pm but we are under staff. So under staff but 3 cars later they can't make only a sandwich but more than that they couldn't at least open t HD windiw and deny me to order 20 min from 11 pm but o well. I suppose it was better off didn't appear to be people who really want to work all is good .
Nice quick stop passing through a small town. Food and service was great.
One of my favorite Arby's I've been to. I'm pretty much a regular here. Service is always fast. Only complaint is the slider buns have become super small. Other than that it's a good place to enjoy Arby's.

Food was served surprisingly fast and was pretty good, the place was a little dirty but not too noticeable. Employees were nice and service was good.
The drive through lady was rude. She kept interrupting my mother when ordering. "Is that all." Right in the middle of us ordering numerous times with no one behind us (so she wasn't rushing us justifiably). We were ordering rather quickly. We hadn't even been there for an entire minute. We were almost done with our large order for the roast beef and cheddar and curly fries and drinks for our family who was waiting by my grandmother's deathbed. As we were in a hurry to return. She kept interrupting my mother with "Is that all." We just stopped our order midway as I snapped and said "You know what," and drove off due to her horrible customer service. "Yes. That is all Arby's."
