If you're EVER in the Texarkana, TX area... stop by this restaurant. If you see James, tell him I sent you. My first time meeting this crew and he was the most pleasant and loveliest person. The entire crew was amazing. The food was fresh and hot. The service was great. I would go back just for the crew. Listening to him greet customers on the mic as if they were family was so sweet.
I am always treated well at this location. Arby's roast beef is the only fast food I can eat. The Roast Beef Gyro is filling and satisfying. I like the Turkey also, but it makes me sleepy. I eat here almost every day, sometimes twice.
They don't have the meat, I've been to others in my area and had a lot more meat. If they can get that fixed, this will be a lot better.
My family ordered online. When we went to pick it up it was waiting and ready. Most importantly it was accurate. Precisely what we ordered and how we ordered it.
When you walkin Andrew, the manager greeted us and was ready to take order. When it came it was hot and fresh.
Food is always good,staff has always been friendly! Past 2 times the A/C hasn't been working, so it's kinda stuffy, and yet somehow the staff is still smiling...
Great food, friendly staff, super clean
I’m 3rd car sitting in the the drive trough. Not a single person in the dining room. Sat in line from 8:17pm to 8:29pm before the first car moved. Ended up sitting in the drive-through for over half an hour for a roast beef sandwich and a drink. Nothing fancy or any special order. Just a plain roast beef. Completely Ridiculous when I’m being charged $14 for a sandwich and drink.
