I prefer the other location in Tucson. My order today 12/20/2024 6pm, was cold and missing items. The clearly were scraping the last of the roast beef and gave me little bits of dried out/ burnt beef. And missing a sandwich from my order. Avoiding this location and will definitely question returning to any Arby’s in general if this is the “quality” they are promoting.
The roast beef on my sandwich was really sketchy looking. It was mostly a grayish color with a sliver of pink inside. Definitely not appetizing and probably unsafe to eat. For $20 for two sandwiches and a mozzarella stick, I expected to receive something I could actually eat without getting sick.
This Arby's always has the best service. The food is not always the best, but they always and I do mean always fix things . I always enjoy eating here
Well I'm very disappointed in Arby's they've been advertising on TV now for the last couple days two new sandwiches, two for $6 and when I went to the restaurant the one at 5775 East Broadway boulevard they didn't know what I was talking about. Evidently this Arby's must think they're special but they don't have to participate on offers that are made on television. And then on top of that online they were advertising the special that they have now two roast beef or two chicken sandwiches for $6. When I went to the restaurant they're telling me it's $7. This Arby's truly does not deserve my business or anyone else's business
Great food made when ordered not ahead of time like most fast food. Very attentive staff and a calm relaxing atmosphere but maybe I'm biased on this one because I work there
Really friendly, courteous and helpful people here. I loved my Roast Beef Gyro, I did not expext it to be so juicy and such a good flavor. My kids ordered the Buffalo Chicken and the Turkey Swiss sandwich, they both enjoyed it. Fries are delicious. The place is clean. Really recomend this location. This was our first time here.
Always clean, the employees are friendly and courteous, and food is always great. I've been coming to this location for years, and they have never failed me.
*11/27/25 Once again, never fails to please. Went through the drive-thru, 100% service. Professional, courteous, good was made fresh, stopped in for the deep fried turkey sandwich, and it was great. Recommend it with no tomato and no lettuce. Even went inside and picked up some extra. The lobby was clean and cool, and the staff all working and provided great service. I've never been treated badly at this location. 5 stars!*
one star for disabling orders through the app, meanwhile the manager here is always running around the lobby promoting the genuinely good deals that are only available through the app. Leave it to upper management/corporate to ruin a good thing. Every location in Tucson has had app orders disabled since the 5 for $5 deal went live.
