This was my first ever visit and I’m pretty sure that I won’t be coming back to this location. Not only was I ignored but customers were helped before me. I waited at the register for over 7 minutes trying to have compassion for the workers. I had to raise my voice to get noticed even standing at the register.
Manager Dances when he counts. Chicky Sammie on point. Beef and Cheddar still great comfort food. Drive through girls cute. Food feels fresh and priced well. Clean restaurant. I spelled restaurant correctly on the first try and you are now jealous. 100% will eat here again.
Whoever was my drive thru girl (younger lady) on the 18th of December, appx 1100-1200 ????????! You are the definition of customer service! I was so shocked that I had napkins and a straw in my bag! Without hesitation (and a wonderful attitude!) you asked if I needed any sauce or anything else for that matter ???? I was in disbelief. I wish I had cash on me.. I would have tipped!! We need more of YOU in customer service.
Always a clean restaurant and surprisingly super nice staff. Curly fries are hot and they have a broad menu with seasonal additions and specials.
I have the Arby's app, so took my daughter for a quick sandwich. The service was great. Food always consistent. Would be nice if they had booths, one person sits in booth seating, the other gets a hard seat chair.
I'm sitting in their dining room right now, and when I walked in, there were 5 people hovered around the register waiting for their food. It's been about 10 minutes since I ordered, and since then, they have only served one of those people ahead of me and 10 more have walked in and are still waiting to even have their order taken. The staff are in their kitchen area (which is completely visible) are moving at an excruciatingly slow speed and don't seem to care about the crowd now waiting in front of the counter. If I hadn't already paid for my food, I would walk out of here now.
Food is always good, service isn't bad but they seemed to be short staffed and forgot some condiment items, (berry sauce for poppers). We avoid the drive thru for that main reason. To much personal conversation in front of customers waiting for Togo orders. I know it's no big deal but it's awkward at times
Ordered up a BLT meal large. Got fries and a drink with it. Those were okay. But the blt was disgusting. Normally I would've tuned around but I was on the freeway heading home by the time I opened it up. Had an accesive amount of mayonnaise, lettuce was wilted and looked like the bottom of the barrel, and didn't have tomato at all. Sandwich was not finished. 2 stars only because the fries where hot and fresh. But when you're spending 13$! For a single meal you do expect it to be done correctly.
