I drive through Smithville on my commute home from work. Saw they had 4 for $10 and thought I would pick up some for a quick dinner. I never ate there before. I took a bite of one and it was terrible. I tried a bite of the second one and it was terrible as well. All 4 looked like leftover shavings and tasted like they sat in mop water. I threw them out. I'll stick to just driving on through Smithville like usual.

Showed up at 10 AM and went through the drive through. Nobody answered so we circled around and tried again. Once again, nothing. We pulled up to the window and the workers just looked at us and would not come to the window even though they saw us and they had been open for 30 minutes.
this place generally has such amazing service, but i have had such unpleasant interactions with sam. i have seen her be openly hostile with workers of other fast food places trying to order food after work. its such a shame as i am used to such good service and quality from this place.
As always, the food is great. It would be nice to pick up to-go orders placed through the app through the drive-thru though.
Person at the window kept my debit card. I was charged for my food and other people's food. When I called and asked if they had my card it was like a joke to them. She laughed and said I'm sorry I robbed you but you will get a credit back. Had a lot going on and didn't realize that I didn't get my card back till I had already got back out on the road. The manager I spoke with acted like it was no big deal. Will not be going back there. If peoples money is a joke to you I could imagine how you feel about the food you serve us. No thanks!
Love the new look. Very clean. Nice to see the topping station especially since it was so clean & organized. The French dip sandwich is amazing. Would never think it's a fast food restaurant sandwich.
