I'd leave ZERO stars if I could. My food was cold, and I mean cold. The drink....make sure you guys keep an eye on your syrup dispenser because my drink literally tastes like water. Just plain nasty, I threw it away and got food somewhere else. Your staff definitely needs to be retrained, as a business owner I would be horrified if my staff provided a product as dissatisfying as yours was today. Shame on you.
They made 3 sandwiches wrong. 2 top buns. 2 bottom buns. Wrong toppings. Was rude about it. The store is so hot. The manager yelled at a customer to move away from the door because it locked.
The NIGHT MANAGER is extremely unprofessional. I waited for my food for over 30 minutes , . She slammed my food on the counter !! Just a sad all around BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! My chicken was burnt just countless and endless reasons on why my experience was TERRIBLE
You could see the employees didn't want to be there. The two girls working up front were in slow motion with attitudes, food was ok.
Completely disrespectful Staff. While the 3 worker behind the counter played basketball with foli wrapping paper for 10 minutes while the manager was watching and waited 5 minutes before she asked her crew was I taken care of. With a quick response to her and not reiterated towards me, I waited another 7 minutes while they slowly wrapped my roast beef sandwich and didn't apologize or thank me. Never going back.
I love Arby’s and have previously worked there for 4 years. I had outstanding service, don’t get me wrong, but I ordered four beef and cheddars because that is a delicacy in my household and we got home to sit down and enjoy and the beef was crunchy (old and over cooked) and rubbery. Just completely dissatisfied the beef belonged in a waste bin. Such a nice location but will probably not be returning.
My baby Boy wanted a Orange Creme Shake and they didn't have them at the Westlake, Ohio stores. So we went to Cleveland Ohio and they enjoyed there Shake s. Bon appetit . The Boy s enjoyed them.
The food here is awesome. The food is freshly cooked and the customer service is awesome.
