I normally frequent this location because the food is good and the service is fast. The food was correct but I pay 4 dollars for a large fry I expect it to be a large fry. I was given this and I asked if it could be filled more and he said “this is how it comes” … I work in this industry and that’s just incorrect. 4 dollars for half a sack of fries is crazy. They didn’t. Choose to fix the problem neither. I left with my half sack .
Food was good. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. There was a problem with the timing of the online order for dessert. It took 15 minutes. I'm not sure if I hit the button for 15 minutes instead of ASAP on the app, or if their system has a glitch. But they were friendly and helpful about it. Be careful when ordering from Arbys app. It doesn't always notice your location and it often defaults to your LAST order and last location.
I have had to drive 4 miles to another store since the app didn't notice my new location compared to the previous online order.
I live around the corner from this Arby’s and I will never eat here again. The chicken sandwich I just ordered was literally less than half the size of the bun. It was cold and rock hard. It had clearly been sitting out all day. None of the employees here give a damn and why should they? They clearly don’t get paid enough to give a damn about anything and it shows. I’m posting warnings about this Arby’s at the community center across the street and warning everyone to stay away from this horrible place. I’ve spent over 50 dollars over the last 3 trips there and literally every time it was a joke what I was served.
This location is always on their stuff. The roast beef n cheddar are amazing. Keep up the good job!
Have ordered food from here a few times through the app. The food has always been good. Looked good, tasted good. Was ready when it was supposed to be. Haven't had any problems at all.
This is a great location with an amazing staff!!! Our car broke down there a couple weeks ago. Luckily we had AAA. The manager invited us to sit inside in the air conditioning while we waited for the tow truck and made sure we were ok. While we were waiting we enjoyed a nice meal and the food was pretty darn good too!!! I absolutely suggest dropping by this Arby's!! You wioo find a friendly crew, good food, and a clean dining room to eat it in!!!
Food was old and the cheese sticks tasted like they had been seating around for a while
They were very nice here the sandwiches were for my service dog who likes the meats almost as much as the lady who ran for b7t lost being a governor. Funny thing they will pay for college if you work there too bad not all but most USA youth are so lazy they want to be paid to sit home play games on their phone anyway there it is nice place to work if you need a J O B
