Food was exactly as expected. Plenty of it and tasted good, but nothing that will blow your mind
I need Arby's to do better. My order was inaccurate the person at the drive though had an attitude because there was a loud truck next door and she couldn't hear and acted like it was my fault, and my food was poorly made and sloppy even after I was made to park
The chicken sandwich was disgusting. I'm truly disappointed. They gave me a chicken patty that was probably sitting there for hours. There was hardly any lettuce on it. It was filled up with so much Mayo/ disgusting. Why are yall giving me a website that does not even exist
I once had the Diablo Dare. Great value. I like it hot, good job. Today I had the bacon ranch wagyu steakhouse meal. $11 but plenty of food. Tasty.

I had to contact the corporate office yesterday due to the bad customer service to Arby's in dover on Forrest Ave.
I have been going there for years and had the worst experience.
Water all over the floor and a employee mopping and supposedly cleaning handling our food with her dirty hands.
We refused to pay or redo our food by another associate who washed their hands in front of us.
Disgusting just Disgusting.
I love lots of Arby items but today I tried the Chicken Salad Pita and it was bland and tasteless. I also got the"limited time" Buffalo chicken slider and it was great! More bread than chicken, but quite tasty. Staff was friendly and establishment is clean. If you're in the mood for Arby's then this is a good place to stop.
This is by far the BEST Arby's in the state, maybe even the best in the United States! I've been going here for years. The store manager, Trisha, they are very lucky to have her and her team! I have never had an issue there and I go there a lot! The food is always fresh and hot, the dining room is absolutely spotless, and they keep up on it. The moment someone gets up to leave after eating. An employee comes right over to clean the table and sweep the floor. I also want to add that all the employees there are amazing! They all are so kind and helpful, and their customer service skills are even better than Chick-fil-A! This is the only Arby's I go to and I tell everyone about them. I hope the owners see this and give Trisha and her team the recognition they deserve! ???????????????????????? way to go!!
