Can someone please explain to me the pull up and wait for your food thing. What is the point of the staff being timed if I am asked to pull forward then wait for an undisclosed amount of time to get my food. We are always scared to say no to them because they are making something I am going to eat.
What does anyone else do and what does Arby’s think about this practice. Seems like it is circumventing the system to make the food quickly.
Food and service are fine. This location isn't typically that busy in the evening despite being near the Interstate. Wait times vary but not problematic. Rarely mess up our order.
I placed my order ane the guy at the counter immediately turned around and started texting on his phone. I had to wait for him to get done before I could get my receipt. The other people at the counter that had a question got tired of waiting and just went and sat back down.
My food was extremely old , the bacon was so hard I coukd not even Chew it ! The sandwich had so much freaking BBQ sauce on it that my bun was soggy and the meat was dry and hard on the ends .. my curly fries were cold and for the large size I paid extra for it was equivalent to a kids SMALL ! I thought maybe they spilled in the bag and they did not !! For one SANDWICH, COMBO UPGRADE TO LARGE with a mango lemonade drink ( I wanted a strawberry shake but the ice cream machine was not working!RIGHT LIKE THEY broke it down too early and didn't want it to get dirty and have to clean it agsin!!).. there is not one thing positive comment o couks ggʻĥ
Ordered a 9 dollar sandwich with turkey. But only received enough turkey to cover 2 inches of the 6 inch bread.
Hood vents not working and restaurant covered in smoke.
I tried again. Won't be back. At least not this one. I really love Arby's, which is why I went back. I want curly fries. Not burnt fries. ????????
Ordered crinkle fries which were on top of a full container of curly fries which I don't like. Sandwich was not sliced in half as is normal and there was only a small piece of the end of one tomato on the entire sandwich. In addition the bacon was hit and miss.. mostly Miss. See photo
Clean location, great tasting food and the staff was ok but overcharged me by double charging me for curly fries.
